  3. I've sent a reply to your email with the necessary information
  4. What do you mean delay values exactly?
  5. It's working on the Early Access firmware - I can add you but we'll be posting a public version soon
  6. Are you able to access via the web interface when this happens?
  7. Ah did you give them reserved IPs while they were connected via ethernet and then connected the devices via WiFi?
  8. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  9. That's the one, keep us posted!
  10. Only when you download something? That's certainly odd, if they don't know and it is caused by their network it'll be hard to get to the bottom of it - have they not had you collect any data or anything?
  11. We just launched a new firmware in Early Access, can you try that and see if you get the same issues please?
  12. If the above is the same as when you're directly connected to your modem it's not something we can help with, you'd need to contact your ISP provider about that
  13. I'll chase the team on this
  14. You can use DMZ or port forwarding, both are not required - if you have an Open NAT you're good.
  15. I'm sure they will be trying to prioritize it but doesn't mean it'll always be possible to have you connect to your local server
  16. You need to have the word client at the top of the config but yes its possible if you select a server that is too far away it will timeout and prevent you connecting to it.
  17. I'll let the team know about that server so they can get it added. You're throttling upload too much and download not enough, put them both at 70% then see if that behaves any better for you.
  18. Thanks for the feedback, you've returned the router and so it's not longer something we need to keep discussing, you have your position and I've given you our position on it. I'm not going to keep arguing this with you especially with personal comments involved.
  19. As above make sure DMZ is disabled, you don't need both enabled either, also what is the rule you're trying to make exactly?
  20. Okay so you're getting lower speeds because your traffic prioritization rule is being triggered - if you're not gaming then it's something else on the device using a port between 1024 - 65535 a torrent for example - if you figure out what that is and stop it the rule will stop triggering and you'll get normal speeds
  21. Added you both
  22. Did you set the reserved IPs? If you didn't then disabling DHCP would prevent devices connecting. Make sure you've reserved the IPs for devices, reboot the router, disable DHCP then check again.
  23. Ah that's great to hear, well done for figuring it out and thanks for posting the solution!
