  1. The team couldn't reproduce this - you have a PC and Xbox added there, which are you playing the game on or both? Do you have the Geo-Filter enabled before you turn on the game?
  2. Are you directly connected to the XR? While connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
  3. Try these: http://routerlogin.net http://192.168.1.1 http://10.0.0.1
  4. You'll all live in different places, with different connections/setups etc. It's impossible for me to compare and give you a specific reason. In my opinion it's either local congestion, server spike, ISP packet loss or just terrible servers. Fine tune your QoS Settings, block any servers that it happens on and see if it gets any better.
  5. How did you only select some servers with the location in the ocean? Can you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter from a PC please?
  6. Thanks for confirming, we are looking into it currently
  7. I'm saying that servers that aren't close to you will give you a worse experience generally, some will be better than others, some may play better at different times of day etc. I don't understand the rest can you clarify? The routing was just an example, your connection to the servers isn't failing otherwise you just wouldn't connect. Tracert will show timeouts if you ping a game server - they don't respond to pings, it's not indicative of an issue.
  8. Unlikely, you're prioritizing the entire console, it could be gaming, downloads, anything, the more you use the internet on it the more packets will be sent.
  9. Okay so the Geo-Filter is doing it's job then - the further away servers are the more unstable they can become, it could be due to any number of reasons such as your routing to those servers.
  10. You've set all ports to be prioritized so it could be anything happening on your console, it's impossible for me to say. There is no setting on the router that increases the amount of packets sent/received.
  11. That's fine, can you provide a screenshot of the Congestion Control section please?
  12. So just to clarify, not using the Geo-Filter and presumably getting a far away server is giving you a worse experience than using the Geo-Filter to get your closest server?
  13. If you were connected the whole time reboot the PC and try again
  14. We're aware of it, in the meantime, remove device from the Geo-Filter, give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager and re- add the device to the Geo-Filter and you should see servers then. Also you're on an old firmware version: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56107-new-r3-firmware-40236/
  15. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
  16. There isn't any specific reason using the Geo vs not using it would result in a brief spike - do you see the spike in game?
  17. You can't really put an ETA on a complex issue like this, if you want to help the devs do post in that topic I mentioned
  18. What do you mean by normal search? Could be a spike caused by local congestion, anyone using the internet at that time?
  19. Exactly as above, couldn't have said it better myself!
  20. You can ignore them, they were a spammer. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  21. Really stretching my memory here! With turbo mode reactive QoS will still work I believe, only if you enable Super Turbo Mode will it stop QoS working
  22. That's really great to hear, thanks for the update!
  23. It has been requested so it's on the list to potentially be added in the future.
  24. I think that may be a coincidence but that's good to hear, perhaps the game changed something instead
  25. That explains it then, there are only a few options to get an Open NAT in your situation: Ask your ISP for a static public IP - they may charge for this Change to an ISP that doesn't use it In some cases using a VPN help get you an open NAT while connected to it.
