Unfortunately 3.3 for that has been quite delayed and they won't be bringing 4.0 to any of the XR range which is a shame. Their support is also paid so I would end up helping you anyway!

Oh you said the original was supported in your first post - is it working or not? If not I'll make a request for that too.

If they provide you with an OpenVPN or Wireguard config then you can put it in the router and then in theory it should connect.

Yes that's correct. There has been a disconnect issue that seems to occur on the XR range when the DHCP lease renews, even if you setup a static/reserved IP within the range the renewal can still cause the problem, setting it outside the range seems to stop it happening.

The file is way too big for the router to cope with, it needs to be under 20mb really

It's the specific DHCP lease I'm concerned with, setting the devices on the router outside the DHCP range will prevent the lease renewal affecting them. I don't think the router features will work very well if that is done.

It would be better for order queries to go through emails but it's an estimated delivery date not a definite, it's just based on where it is currently, the delivery date will likely change as it progresses further. Shipping time is also not guaranteed.
