  1. I've reported this to the team to take a look into so hopefully they'll get to the bottom of it
  2. Okay thanks I'll pass that on!
  3. Can you provide the VPN config please?
  4. Okay thanks keep us posted!
  5. What's the issue you're having with it exactly - the VPN won't connect or when adding devices their IP hasn't changed? Can you provide the config you're using as well as a screenshot of how you've setup the feature please?
  6. We're aware that it's not filtering 100% of the time, they're using proxies/relays so it's not as easy, it will take time to see if we can fully filter it. What firmware version are you on currently?
  7. Disable IPv6 in WAN/LAN, then reboot the router, wait 4 minutes then check the speeds again, what do you get? Are you using PPPoE or VLAN? I've responded in your topic
  8. We do need to do more work on IPv6 but I'll make sure the team are aware of this specific issue.
  9. That's great to hear! I would suggest disabling IPv6 for LAN/WAN at the moment, we're aware there needs to be more work done there
  10. What was the specific rule you made? I don't think that's part of the issue as you don't pick specific devices, it does it on the network level
  11. Okay thank you, I'll pass this on!
  12. We're aware of that and looking into it It might be due to the PPPoE, if you have another router handle PPPoE instead of the R3 then check with UPnP does it work then? By connected to the internet do you mean through a box on the wall/ONT?
  13. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Also you mention pre-patch but what was that firmware exactly? If you do these can you get better results? Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  14. To answer your questions: I think you will encounter some difficulties utilizing everything if you do this unfortunately - it's something we're aware of but may take some time to look into. No SSH access No it doesn't
  15. Try the above, also the router does a speed test from the router itself, not from devices, it also uses a different speed test server. Hard to say more without knowing what Congestion Control settings you were using specifically.
  16. You'd have to change them each time - multiple Geo-Filters is something we're looking at for the future.
  17. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to/how is it connected to get internet?
  18. Okay thanks for letting us know, I'll bump the team to try and get this sorted for the next one. No specific workaround I know of at the moment
  19. Thanks, the logs definitely shouldn't look like that so I'll pass that onto the devs to take a look. Is this on the very latest firmware .219?
  20. All you need to do is: Add Rule > Select Device > Port > Source Port 3074 > Destination Port 3074 > TCP & UDP > Save Then do the same for the other device but enter 3075 instead.
  21. No that's the oldest firmware, that's why I was a bit confused when you said you did the latest firmware but HVPN wasn't working. Upgrade to the above and then you can use it.
  22. Glad to hear a restart helped, disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN as well, the router will work better without it for the moment.
  23. What message do you see on the Ping Heatmap page when it isn't loading?
  24. Do the above for Geo, for UPnP reboot the router, wait 2 minutes then reboot your gaming device, wait 2 minutes and see if it works then please. Also is the R3 in the DMZ on your main router?
