Warzone MW3 and NetDuma R2 no ping health
Netduma Fraser replied to Deki's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Can you resync the cloud then get the logs from the System Information page for me please? -
Try port forwarding then, it's probably the only option

Warzone MW3 and NetDuma R2 no ping health
Netduma Fraser replied to Deki's topic in Netduma R2 Support
It's working for me, on the Ping Heatmap page click the icon then click Resync cloud then try pinging the game again, does it work? -
It needs to be done to allow the internet to pass directly through to the router without any interference you can do: DMZ/Exposed Host Port Forwarding: 1 - 65535 TCP/UDP Modem Mode Bridge IP Passthrough

Configuracion y dudas sobre netduma r3
Netduma Fraser replied to Envical's topic in Netduma R3 Support
What is the error you're getting exactly? Can you provide the config you're using please? -
That explains it then, you're at opposite ends of the country - the game will be trying to find a middle ground so based on whatever settings you have it'll be getting the closest middle server hence raising your ping a little. They're getting a high ping because they're being forced to connect to a server closer to you than them.

I disconnect from the internet every day

Where it says "Starting IP address" in the last box where it says 2 change that to 50. Then under address reservation click Add, then give your devices any number between 2 and 49, once you've done them all apply and reboot the router -
Great to hear, thanks for the update!

QOS and Adding Exceptions
Netduma Fraser replied to BrianDumaOS's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Can you provide a screenshot of your full QoS page please? What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR? -

Yes on the router > Settings > Setup > LAN Setup -
If you put the ISP router in modem/bridge mode instead do you then get IPv6 through the R3?

It depends if you're having any issues at all, if not then I'd suggest waiting for the public release, I've added you just in case. -
What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Is IPv6 enabled in LAN & WAN on the R3? If so disable on LAN, does it work then? Do you get IPv6 directly connected to your modem?

15-22 is a really good ping still. Where are you located approximately and where are they located? How do you have your Geo-Filter setup and what game are you playing?

Netduma Fraser replied to ASD4157's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects. If your issue is local congestion then yes disabling QoS could allow the issue to happen so would be best to enable it - it shouldn't limit you that much, set Congestion Control to 70% -
What's the issue you're having with it exactly?
-
A full uncropped screenshot please that doesn't really give me any information for the issue

Speeds decline over time, requiring multiple daily restarts.

As in it doesn't change colours, the RGB isn't on etc? -
Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please?
