Copy the WAN IP from the XR System Information page, put that in the IPv4 DMZ on the SFR, disable the IPv6 DMZ, then you don't have to do anything else. Also if you're using the DMZ on the XR you don't need the port forwarding rules, so I would recommend deleting those.

What about the Geo-Filter, is that still not showing any data? Are you using a switch/AP/extender to connect the devices to the router? What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how is that setup to allow an Open NAT to the XR?

Very peculiar, could you check the IP on the PC itself - you can open command prompt and type ipconfig and press enter - then check the IP of the PC on the Device Manager on the router, do the IPs match?

Is the replacement working well? As we gave you a replacement then we believe the unit to be faulty and unrecoverable. It should still be prioritizing the game but if not add your PC with the Games Console service on Traffic Prioritization, you don't need to do anything with Bandwidth Allocation. We will take a look at re-testing/classifying the game again, do you play any other games and do servers for those appear on the Geo-Filter still?

If you're trying to forward the same ports for two different devices then you will get that message, unless you change the internal port, instead try NAT Open in WAN Settings

As in just having the QoS page tab open, you don't need to enable it, just an example though, you could do the same with the Geo-Filter page - basically have the a specific page open not the dashboard and then see if the message returns
