  1. Are you rebooting the router a lot? Set a static/reserved IP for the XR on the modem so it doesn't change, then put that in the DMZ and you should be good.
  2. Ahh so you did an actual Traffic Controller rule and allowed ALL traffic to the console I presume? Yes that would create a conflict, it's also not necessary to do that rule, it doesn't create any sort of priority, that is what Traffic Prioritization on the QoS page is for. Well done for resolving the issue.
  3. Do this again: Quit the application/game/client/turn off console completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up console then application/game/client Then see if it works.
  4. The WAN Setup is fine, did changing that option give you an Open NAT? What is the Samsung device that you have added to the Geo-Filter - the PS5? Also there would just be one server in that radius and it doesn't always seem to be available so you will struggle to find a game.
  5. Can you provide a screenshot of the entire Geo-Filter page please?
  6. Where are you checking the NAT? Set it to Open in WAN Settings
  7. It applies to the entire device, no ports are needed
  8. The console will add automatically and be greyed out, it will apply to the whole device so you don't have to add ports
  9. The link above covers progress for all the platforms
  10. Could you disable the VPN and see if you're able to get games more easily please?
  11. You have Ping Assist set to 45ms so that will allow other servers, set that to 0 and try again
  12. If you could do a screenshot we can double check everything. You can use Ping Heatmap to influence your Geo-Filter settings, it's what a lot of people do. You don't need to synchronize every time.
  13. You don't need to untick all the options, in fact Strict Mode should be enabled, with it disabled that would explain why you're finding more servers outside your radius
  14. No need to deselect that. As above NAT Type 2 is open, also if you're going to use a VPN you may have NAT issues, it's very unlikely to be Open then
  15. That version doesn't have a fix for PPPoE and QoS, the next version which has more of our changes should allow that to work correctly. The modem you have looks like a pure modem so you won't be able to have that handle PPPoE, do you have another router you could use to handle it instead of the XR?
  16. If they think WireShark is cheating then I'd say it's probably best you don't try and use another program for this purpose. You could get a hub (sort of like a switch), connect the PC to that and another PC to the hub and run WireShark on that PC and it will be able to capture the gaming PC traffic. There is some interesting things in this topic as well: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39076-a-claim-is-made-that-reverse-boosting-fixes-hit-rego-lag-comp-etc-in-cod/ especially the last post
  17. Would expect to see higher than that generally, depends what you're doing, are you seeing any issues along side this?
  18. It's worth noting that bufferbloat occurs when your network is saturated, with your speeds and with QoS enabled this wouldn't happen, especially if you're just gaming, in which case you would not experience spikes like that in game. Traffic Prioritization can also interfere with that test. Best bet is to use PingPlotter, according to this guide, while downloading (specifically this, HD videos will not saturate your connection due to your speeds) http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping and experiment with the percentages to find what keeps the ping as low/stable as possible on the bottom graph.
  19. We don't generally give out any ETAs but you can check this page for firmware progress: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000132677-dumaos-firmware-progress
  20. Personally I would normally recommend Classified Games because then it is only prioritizing what needs to be prioritized. Using the other methods will sometimes allow unnecessary things to be prioritized, saying that I know a lot of people like specifying ports so really it's just whatever works for you and your connection!
  21. I can reproduce this so I'll pass it onto the team to fix, if you're playing on that server the Geo-Filter should give you your live ping to it
  22. I suspect you've been doing a lot of streaming/downloading or some other high bandwidth application which would account for the received packets being a lot higher than transmitted
  23. When you click on the server it should open a panel underneath the main panel showing the IP and ping, you may need to scroll down, does this appear?
