  1. Open command prompt on your PC, type ipconfig then press enter and post a screenshot of the results please
  2. Creo que solo hay una versión beta para el XR700, el resto son versiones de firmware normales.
  3. Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please? It's quite possible that is the maximum you'll be able to get through the router
  4. Okay that's fine then, are all devices connected to the DumaOS router? Make sure to do the above and it should improve.
  5. Disabling QoS fully is on the QoS page in the Congestion Control menu, if you've done it correctly each panel on the QoS page should be greyed out and say QoS disabled. Protection options in WAN Settings should be disabled. Does the Verizon box have WiFi?
  6. Take a look at this guide to see if it helps: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076586-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-maximum-bandwidth-speeds
  7. Did you disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu ( )? Disable the protection options in WAN Settings as well. What is the model of the modem/router that your DumaOS router is connected to?
  8. Please follow this guide and you should get higher speeds: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076586-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-maximum-bandwidth-speeds
  9. When you keep resetting, are you checking for internet or the interface? As if you do have internet after those resets it indicates the router isn't working - you want no internet and to then try access to the interface, if successful you can then complete the setup wizard which is needed to get internet.
  10. The speed portion of the test won't reflect how you've set your Congestion Control percentages as it's an overall test to see what speeds you have coming into the router
  11. Use 192.168.1.1 to access the interface instead and it should resolve that. It may not have worked as you should do a factory reset after the upgrade has completely finished
  12. I believe all Netgear wireless products support WMM so I would expect that it is enabled by default, I would have to check
  13. You would just see it on the Device Manager page, should be pretty clear, can you provide a screenshot of the page? You're on a very old version of the firmware, I would suggest upgrading to the latest https://kb.netgear.com/000064857/XR500-Firmware-Version-2-3-2-134
  14. Hey, welcome to the forum! What router are you using? Did you do so from the Device Manager? If so then it should appear with a black circle instead of red like the other devices.
  15. Ping Under Load means what your ping will be when your connection is completely saturated - when you have Congestion, so it indicates that you need to adjust Congestion Control to get those values done closer to what Ping Test shows.
  16. Okay so it's all working now then? You don't need IPv6 to have a connection/get a good experience.
  17. Are you using automatic network settings on the xbox? Do you have another ethernet cable you can test with in case that one is faulty?
  18. How are you performing the test via CLI exactly, using iperf? What do you get using speedtest.net? It's quite possibly due to PPPoE, if you put the XR500 in front of the R2 to handle PPPoE instead and have the R2 behind it what do you get then?
  19. I can't really answer that without looking specifically at his setup, it may be that he is using a VPN and that could explain it. Is he manually pinging the server? It's possible he's getting a mislocated server so one that is in the UK/EU but appears on the map in the US
  20. Could you put your hub in router mode and put the R2 WAN IP (found on the System Information page) into the DMZ on your hub instead? I find some implementations of bridge mode don't work as well, then see if it stops dropping your speed.
  21. Hey, welcome to the forum! It is two working days shipping, for example if you order on a Friday before ~2pm GMT time it will be shipped on that day but you likely wouldn't receive it until Tuesday. If you ordered after the cut off time on Friday it would ship on Monday and then likely would receive it on Wednesday so when you order will determine how quickly you get it. If you ordered now, it would ship on Tuesday and then should arrive for you this week. Yes we have many customers who have bought in UAE, all the features work for that region.
  22. I'll check in with the team on how they're getting on
  23. Bandwidth Allocation isn't realistically going to do much for your lag experience, with Share Excess enabled anyway your gaming device will get the bandwidth it needs (which isn't much for a game) and giving it more won't make it use more. For QoS to have noticeable impacts in game, Congestion Control & Traffic Prioritization should be the ones to focus on, when you've got those down it'll keep your ping stable.
  24. No it shouldn’t cause any problems, give it a go and see how you get on
  25. Best thing to do would be to set Congestion Control to 100% & Never and also disable Traffic Prioritization.
