  1. Can you expand on what you mean by that exactly?
  2. I usually recommend against rebooting by unplugging if you have access but it won't have caused an issue. That is the correct version. There is no specific confirmation once you connect back that it has rebooted, although you can look in the logs and it would start a few minutes after you rebooted it.
  3. Benchmark uses the Google servers for the ping tests so firstly I'd run a PingPlotter to a different site such as a local news site and see if that big spike happens there as well or if its just to Google. If it's just to Google then you could ignore it and use the new site to test for the best QoS settings. Follow this guide while saturating the connection with downloads, streams etc and see what percentage lowers PingPlotter the most. http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping
  4. Reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R2, wait 2 minutes and you should get a connection
  5. Did you wait a few minutes after the reset before trying to access?
  6. Now that it is all upgraded I would suggest you do the factory reset from the interface, a lot has changed between versions and it prevents old low level code causing issues. Ideally if you could get her phone to connect to the R2 that would make the QoS more effective - you could disable the WiFi on the ISP router to prevent devices auto connecting to it.
  7. You may need to re-enable the VPN. Have you setup QoS or the Geo-Filter at all? If not you will need to do that to reduce your latency. Did you do the factory reset after the upgrade was successful? We don't do remote support that way for normal setup, only if there is an issue a dev has to look into. Also are ALL devices connected to the router?
  8. Both. Using a VPN does not decrease latency at all, if anything it would increase it. Woops my mistake, sorry! If you were connected to WiFi while doing the upgrade it would have disconnected you from the WiFi and you would have to reconnect. Reconnect then refresh the page and it should have completed.
  9. Once you've upgraded and factory reset and setup we can get your speed sorted, make sure to set your speeds in bandwidth settings in the Congestion Control panel. However, using the VPN and applying it to a whole device will drop the speeds to about 10Mbps which is still plenty for gaming.
  10. I think the next step should be upgrading to the latest firmware, you can download it from here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/38047-new-r2-firmware-30394/ once downloaded click the 3 dots icon top left of the interface and upgrade from there. Once uploaded allow 5 minutes for it to upgrade, then access the interface and factory reset from the same 3 dots menu, wait 2 minutes, connect and complete the wizard. Then you're good to go, follow the tours that appear to setup and enjoy!
  11. You could try that yes, once you've taken the ISP router out of bridge mode, reboot it, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R2, wait 2 minutes and then try accessing
  12. Connect the PC via ethernet to one of the R2 LAN ports then try the interface again and see if you can complete it please
  13. I responded to your topic but it's not something specifically within our control
  14. It wouldn't be until January some time really now due to the holidays
  15. We are well aware of the issue, we're working on new firmware currently and we'll definitely catch it if it occurs during testing this time. Merry Christmas!
  16. ¡Hola bienvenido al foro! Sí, puede encontrarlo aquí, incluido en el firmware más reciente para el R1. http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000091217-latest-firmwares
  17. Thanks, you too, happy holidays!
  18. Brilliant, thanks a lot, I'll pass that onto the mobile dev to review when they're back from the holidays
  19. Save the file then upload it to the post here please. It's a good suggestion, I'll pass it onto the team!
  20. Are you prompted to get the logs? If so that would be helpful to pass onto us. Is it a specific setting that seems to cause it? Thanks for the suggestion, will pass it on!
  21. Okay great thanks! Make a new post about your issues on the XR and we'll do our best to help.
  22. Hey, welcome to the forum! It appears to be working on iOS, does it give you the option to provide a log? If you could get a log and provide that then it would be really helpful. What is your Android version as well? I know the Pixel phones get the latest Android updates first so that might be why it's happening as we won't necessarily have been able to test it.
  23. Can you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page when you're in a Singapore game please? What does the ping to the Singapore server show?
  24. It doesn't need to be added to the Geo-Filter as the console service the PS5 is added to the Geo-Filter with would cover it - is it actually Geo-Filterable in your experience? I'll add it to our suggestion list for Heatmap
  25. As Liam mentioned above a bug was found, and if you have/haven't read this yet: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/38088-where-is-the-next-dumaos-firmware-for-nighthawk-pro-gaming-routers/ you can see why this can delay things. Yes there is a new firmware coming but it's unlikely to be this month given the holidays so more like January
