If you're seeing the same issues then the ISP router/modem or ISP would be the issue, if it's perfectly consistent then I would like you to try the Early Access firmware, upgrade to that, after 5 minutes factory reset and see if it's any better. It has a lot of fixes/improvements. You'll need to sign up here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ you can do that at any time from anywhere but if you could do the sign up within the next ~5 hours then I can approve you ready for you to try it if needed.

Try these suggestions: Disable Smart Connect Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _ and see if it improves at all.

Would you be able to run the same tests from your ISP modem/router and see if you get the same inconsistency please?

Does it get an IP address at all or is it just the MAC address that appears? Check the MAC address, does it match the MAC address of the actual router?

Where are you checking the NAT status exactly, in game?

Hey, welcome to the forum! They use different servers and we're still improving the results, don't worry it won't be limiting you at all, if you get your speeds from other sites then you're good to go.

Do you have any devices that just communicate with one server? For example, someone else who had something similar to this has a dialysis machine - it only connects to the hospital for monitoring.

Do you get an Open NAT if you connect direct to the main router?

It's a link local IPv6 address, it's perfectly normal, you can ignore that, it won't be negatively impacting you at all. Could you provide the MAC address of the unnamed device? It's unlikely to be anything sinister. Can you provide a screenshot of one of the devices with multiple IPs? It's not going to cause you any issues though.

Could you try swapping with the other ethernet cables you have connected please? I suspect two will give slow speeds but one will give higher speeds

Are you using a Netgear extender/switch/AP or anything else connected to the XR? Set a reserved IP for the PC in LAN Settings and then reboot the router, it will then only have that IP from then on

Is that the R2 WAN IP you've entered in the DMZ? Is the modem a pure modem?

It's very hard to give an accurate answer on this one as there are a lot of variables, as long as you have everything dialed in on your side then it's unlikely to be a problem on your end. The closest game server to you would be London so depending on routing this could vary quite a lot. Is it better during off peak times generally?
