  2. It was definitely in response to your email on 30th December. Send another one referencing that email with a link to the forum topic you made, then they can proceed with the replacement as that is what they've asked for in the email.
  3. Not everyone will have issues so I wouldn't always base it on what other people are seeing.
  4. Yes the 'Delete offline devices' option will be available on the beta, just go to the Device Manager menu and you can do it there.
  5. Happy New Year! Alex should be testing this today and someone provided some information which could point at the issue so we'll investigate that. That's really great to hear, hopefully we can get new stock sooner rather than later and Brexit doesn't affect it too much.
  6. Yes it's backwards compatible so works with b/g/n etc. They responded to your email yesterday saying they would be happy to give you a replacement, they just asked you for the forum topic you made regarding your issue. If you don't see that email please look in your spam/junk folders.
  7. They can be quite loose, so screw it in as much as possible and it should stand. Email [email protected] and they may be able to provide an extra one.
  8. Totally understand that. Follow this guide to reinstall the latest firmware via TFTP - this will install the firmware bypassing the boot process and any issues that may be there.   9. Do you see anything get blocked on the map when you get kicked at all? If you're trying to force Spanish servers you'll probably want to lower the radius. Also be warned, actual people who live in Spain are finding it hard to force them. They probably play well because hardly anyone can connect!
  10. In System Information in the Rapp panel options change the number of retries to 5 and then reboot. Should stop the loading issues happening as much.
  11. You need to allow whatever is being blocked on the Geo-Filter for Discord and then it will work. If you ping using the terminal 192.168.1.1 does it get a response?
  12. I'm assuming you still get access to the internet even without the interface? What IP does your computer get from the router?
  13. What improvements would you like to see? I couldn't say whether Adblocker will return just yet. Netgear make the decisions regarding hardware so I couldn't say why they made specific decisions.
  14. Haha testing team I was a few years ago but not now. Great to hear that. Dev time has been reduced due to the holidays but everyone will be back in full force on Monday, I don't have a timeline currently, once everyone is back I can get a better idea.
  15. If you're changing the settings while you're on the game then it won't work because it will already have made a connection that will stay active so you will need to relaunch the game after making changes like that and it should then apply. How big is your radius?

  20. Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. What happens when you go to 192.168.1.1 or routerlogin.net in the web browser?
  21. I haven't specifically used the media/readyshare aspect for a long time and don't have the capacity to do so currently so I couldn't say, likely you do need a DLNA app that can connect to it.

  23. I don't think ReadyShare was part of their phone app. I'd recommend contacting Netgear directly as it's a NG feature rather than DumaOS so they'd be better to help with this: https://www.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx

  25. ReadyShare still is available on the XR500. Is the drive compatible/the right file type for the router to use? If you want to do it on your phone then search DLNA in the app store and it may have something.
