  1. When that next happens give your PC a static IP in its network settings and see if it then allows access. I believe this is due to the browser blocking it or an Adblocker you've got active on the web browser.
  2. No need to scroll, we can just try to resolve it in your topic. Any other company you probably wouldn't have received a response over the weekend anyway.
  3. If we continue in your topic I'm sure we can get it resolved. It depends where you purchased, you can check the terms here: https://netduma.com/terms
  4. Hey, welcome to the forum! We recently released the beta for the 700 so it's just down to the 300 now and we're working on getting that out asap.
  5. Hey, welcome to the forum! You can find that in Settings > LAN > DHCP. I've also responded to your specific topic.
  6. Hey, welcome to the forum! Given that you ordered on Xmas Eve/Day and it arrived on 5th January that's probably the earliest you could have received it during the holidays. Did you do a factory reset after you upgraded to .179 as recommended? Auto Setup is too aggressive at the moment so we recommend people adjust it manually for the moment.
  7. MTU doesn't really work like that, use what is default for your connection is what I would recommend. QoS can still be useful for households like yours as devices can do background updates which could have a severe impact in game.
  8. Puedes encontrar la versión beta aquí: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-DumaOS-3-0/bd-p/en-home-beta-npg-duma
  9. Unplug the router entirely from power for 24 hours, then TFTP the latest firmware and a reset and that may help. If not try to get a replacement.
  10. There is no specific way to force this because it doesn't make sense to restrict connections in that way. The only way I could think of doing this would be disable any settings you've enabled to open NAT - doing that could make the NAT strict instead of moderate.
  11. Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. I'd recommend trying the beta and doing a reset as it should be more stable for you in that regard. https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-DumaOS-3-0/bd-p/en-home-beta-npg-duma
  12. Please set a static IP on your PC by following this guide: https://pureinfotech.com/set-static-ip-address-windows-10/ follow the control panel section. Use these details: IP - 192.168.1.2 Subnet - 255.255.255.0 Gateway - 192.168.1.1 DNS - 192.168.1.1 then try to access the interface please.
  13. I think what they mean is connect it behind the R2. Is it possible to connect the R2 to what the Google hub was connected to to get the internet?
  14. Yes you need a subscription to either PureVPN or HideMyAss to use that feature - alternatively you can use a subscription to any OpenVPN VPN provider if you can obtain the configuration files and then you can input them manually into the feature.
  15. Could you put it in bridge mode then if possible please and see if that helps?
  16. Do you have a VPN subscription with PureVPN or HideMyAss? I meant try a different server other than the Moscow one for example.
  17. We may need to upgrade the VPN servers we have listed, I have let the team know about this already. If you try other servers does it allow you to connect?
  18. On the G hub does it have a firewall or QoS settings or anything like that that you can disable? Does it also have a DMZ feature you can put the R2 IP into?
  19. Did this happen when loading the page or entering something? What were the exact steps you took before that appeared?
  20. Lo siento, de hecho les hice saber anoche que muchos servidores todavía están mal ubicados, dijeron que lo harían hoy.
  21. What do you see when you try to load a browser window? Could you provide a screenshot? Are any other devices having the same issues?
  22. The fact you have seen it link up higher than what you're currently seeing does indicate its software rather than hardware so we will be seeking to keep that more consistent. That is the currently available channels yes, we've got some tickets open regarding channels so we will also have more available to choose from in later updates.
  23. I don't think it is the hardware at all, although of course it's not the bleeding edge but that shouldn't make a difference. We believe we can improve the WiFi significantly but it's actually very tricky to do which is why it is taking some time. Some has suggested a temp graph before so it's on our roadmap. 2.4GHz use 20MHz, 5GHz use 80MHz and use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channels and that should improve it somewhat.
  24. You have to install it from the interface, there are installation instructions at the bottom of the first post.
  25. That is great to hear, thank you for the update!
