Fantastic to hear that, thanks for the update! Would you be able to provide those IDs? Then we can add them to the whitelist to resolve the issue for other players. -
Geofencing issue - Rainbow Six Siege on PS5

It may take a few tries to get all the servers required, if it's working correctly, when you allow it that server you've allowed shouldn't become the game server/biggest icon but another should appear within the radius -

Zoom out of the Geo-Filter Map, then make the error appear again and look at the map immediately, you should see something blocked, add that to your allow list and then see if that allows you to filter -

Happy New Year! There isn't much more that I can say really. We are doing a closed beta test of an XR500 firmware and will be opening that up a little, once we're happy with that we can get it released or a version with fixes released then it won't be much longer for the 700. We know it's been awhile and people want it so we're doing our best to get it out.

Will likely start to expand a bit more next week! -
-
We're back at it in full force now, we're hoping to get some firmware out as soon as possible, once I have a clearer idea I'll let you know
-

Missing JSON response. AGAIN!

Best place to check is this guide: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000132677-dumaos-firmware-progress -
You're missing the word put between the IP and firmware name
-
Hey, welcome to the forum! We first launched the R1 at the end of 2014, the hardware itself is older than that, so it's been over 8 years, plus the fact that it is second hand means it's not going to run as well as a newer R2 for example. This is a support forum so you will mostly only see people with issues posting here. As far as I am aware we're always going to have our own routers, it's great for developing our software and we also try to price them so that more people get to experience it. That being said, what firmware version are you on currently? We haven't had a firmware update for some time but depending on what you're on there may be a newer one for you.
-
You're missing the put in the command between the IP and firmware name. Double check all the instructions and then try again.
-
Provide a screenshot of your command prompt again please
-
Follow the instructions precisely, put the firmware file on your Desktop then do step 5 d and carry on from there
-
Did you change the directory on command prompt to be the same as where you downloaded the firmware file to?
-
Follow the above guide, it gives you step by step instructions on how to do it
-
It should be okay if you refresh the page but the error may still appear, if you click ok it should go away
-
Have you done the reinstall via TFTP? That is the method most likely to resolve the issue as it provides the cleanest installation possible.
