Do you mean you had to disable IPv6? What do you mean by Ping Heatmap isn't working - the page isn't loading or when you select a game it isn't pinging the servers? If the latter resync the Heatmap cloud then try again please.

Did you try the steps I mentioned here: and you still got it on your phone web browser? Could you grab the log file Liam asked for please? Hopefully that will give us an indication on why it is happening so frequently. -
This must be specific to the R1, we haven't seen an issue like this on any of the other platforms, could you downgrade to .171 please: https://www.dropbox.com/s/epusirdgzaze25a/DumaOS-R1-Release-3.0.171-071020.sig?dl=0 factory reset, then re-upgrade to .207, factory reset and see if it's wiped the rules please?

Unplug it from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 2 minutes then attempt access, is it working then?

Other devices won't pick up router
Netduma Fraser replied to purpleandgold33's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Could you try enabling the guest WiFi for 2.4GHz on the router and see if those devices pick it up? -
Other devices won't pick up router

Just disable mirror mode, so 2.4/5GHz should still be enabled individually, do you see both networks on your phone for example? If yes then reboot the router then the roku. -
Other devices won't pick up router
Netduma Fraser replied to purpleandgold33's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Did you make sure to give them both a different name? No need to disable 2.4GHz, 2.4 is slower but has further penetration of walls, obstacles etc and 5GHz should be used for speed. -

Disable mirror mode in WiFi settings, give 2.4/5GHz different names, save, reboot, wait 2 minutes, then see if the Roku can see and detect 2.4GHz to connect to. Sometimes with devices like that they specifically connect to 2.4GHz -

It is a gaming router primarily so USB features would not help in that sense, in terms of the features we have/are working on that will improve gaming they are much more valuable to the consumers. Is there a particular feature you would like? The author of that comment is Iain, the founder & CTO of Netduma.

What web browser/device are you using to access? If you're connected via WiFi it's quite possible that it has disconnected you and that you need to reconnect to complete the wizard

Ping assist removed?
Netduma Fraser replied to Heroxoot's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
The latest version is .134, to my knowledge Ping Assist wasn't removed on that version, it's certainly present on the latest. Ping Assist has only been in two locations, either at the bottom of the Geo-Filter Map with the latest versions or in the Geo-Filter Map menu on older versions -
If there is something that was done prior to the issue occurring then that gives a) an idea of why it might be happening & b) a potential way to reliably reproduce the issue which would help us resolve it much more easily. When the issue occurs, access the Netgear settings and then grab a the log file please and post it here.

Hey, welcome to the forum! Are you able to access the interface via ethernet instead to then change the password/complete the upgrade? If you don't have that option, try the password conversion method here: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000117883-i-ve-received-the-r2-but-the-wifi-password-doesn-t-work

Click WAN Setup on that page then skip, complete the rest of the wizard, then once complete reboot your modem, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R2, wait 2 minutes then see if you have internet

No necesitas volver a cambiar tus velocidades, ponla a lo que esperas y baja los porcentajes de descarga/subida del Control de Congestión al 70%. Aparte de eso, ¡está bien!

DumaOS app crashes on iPhone with iOS 16.0.2
Netduma Fraser replied to e38BimmerFN's topic in DumaOS Mobile App
Brilliant to hear that, thanks for the update! -

Did you do a factory reset after the update as well? -
