What speeds did you have previously? Have they always been around this speed?

What is the modem/router the R2 is connected to? Is this via ethernet and with QoS disabled in the Congestion Control 3 line option menu?

The speed part of Connection Benchmark is still being improved - it doesn't mean those are the speeds you are getting, what do you get to speedtest.net?

Thanks, I've asked the team for a status update on party chat. Were you able to repeat the 2nd test multiple times and get the same results?

Devices on standby/asleep can run background updates so I would still suggest adhering to that and setting up everything as though devices were being used and you'll get a good experience.

Was gaming occurring/was TP prioritizing during any of the tests?

Yes you can use UPnP that's absolutely fine I understand your frustration, we're doing what we can and hopefully won't be too much longer.

For the 2nd test was that set to Always then or Never? We're not ignoring the problem I can assure you

You can disable the ISP router WiFi and then use the R2 WiFi exclusively

If you bridge it then it will remove those settings, I would recommend you leave it as is at the moment, that is how I have mine personally setup

I don't think it has been in this version but I've asked the team for a status update on that, once they're back from the easter holidays I'll know more.

Does it show the MAC address there or is it blank? It was a bug that was fixed but may not be for you for some reason

What do you get via speedtest.net? Did you factory reset after the update?

I'm still seeing you have IPv6 enabled, are you connected to the R1?

Have you factory reset after upgrading? If so the MAC address should be entered by default so you can then enter the settings. Did you type them exactly right during the wizard? Sorry that's what I meant!

Okay so it's a gateway, have you given the R2 a static/reserved IP on it and put it in the DMZ?

Not that I am aware of, is this without changing any settings? Where were you checking the speeds exactly?

Enter 1000/50 in the Bandwidth Settings of Congestion Control and disable QoS fully there also, then do speedtest.net from the chromebook, what speeds do you get?

Haha appreciate the photo! I'm not a developer so definitely more than me working on it. We've ramped up our team quite a lot within the last 2-3 years so we're definitely moving in the right direction. Don't worry it will be coming!

Okay enable remote support in WAN settings, ensure you have no port forwarding rules enabled, disable IPv6 in WAN/LAN and make sure you've setup the R2 with your modem/router to allow devices connected to the R2 to get an open NAT. Let me know when you've done that please as we'll need to access the router. It will be a few days at least due to easter holidays.
