Issue of access to DumaOs page. NetdumaR2
Netduma Fraser replied to Eng.abo3abd's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Hey, welcome to the forum! Access using 192.168.77.1 instead and use admin / password and see if that lets you in please -

Could you try forcing the connect to use HTTP for the interface as some browsers now force HTTPS which won’t work well with the interface -
So I’ve just spoken to our distribution guy, the seal being broken was us - we had a few batches of routers sent to us completely sealed so they had to be opened to get flashed with DumaOS. The scuffs/marks it’s possible were made when we did this process but they’re all checked so not sure how that would have happened. I’ve been assured that any routers bought from Amazon will be new, any returned routers back to Amazon are sent to a storage address we have in the US so there is no chance Amazon would resend to a customer.

Game Optimiser DumaOS not working
Netduma Fraser replied to CJArthur's topic in Telstra Internet Optimiser support
Could you let us know the version you’re on now? There may have been an update that hasn’t been pushed that would get it working again -
Yes it would be new and packaged properly, thanks for the report, I will pass it on to our distribution guy to make them aware.

Interesting, could you provide the log from the System Information page please? -
Sorry to hear about your experience, we do send out new units so I'm not sure what has happened there, I would suggest contacting Amazon and getting it replaced

Are you leaving the interface open for hours at a time by any chance? -

Does the page not load specifically or it doesn't ping a game when selected? -
That is ours, pretty sure it's shipped from within the US by Amazon directly. What makes you think the unit is used instead of new?
-
The link isn't working, could you provide another? We do have a presence on Amazon.com, as far as I am aware we ship routers to Amazon directly so they handle distribution but I can double check that

Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Go to the System Information page, on the Rapp panel, click the icon, change the retries to 5, reboot the router from the interface then wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please. -
Until it's fully released we can only guess really, neither reading could be correct
-
For the latency one is probably showing without processing delay and the other with, the telemetry settings are for those who want to get details on their connection and people using the scoreboard just want a quick idea so it makes sense the scoreboard would be without processing delay

What Is Actually Going On??
Netduma Fraser replied to The Honest Tiger's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
I have the same hub and I find the modem mode to be a bit unstable, I’d suggest putting it in router mode then putty no the XR WAN IP in its DMZ instead. Then experiment with QoS to find that sweet spot. -
You said you’re on .49 but the latest is .64, can you access the interface look at the top right and confirm which version you’re on? Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please? On the System Information page go to the Rapp panel, click the icon and change retries to 5. Then reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then access and see if everything loads.

Not at the moment but it is something we’ll likely include in the future

What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to? Now all devices are connected it would be worth reassessing your QoS settings to get them optimal as it will have changed -
XR1000 Issues I have noticed
Netduma Fraser replied to Caution's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Sorry to hear the issues are persisting, hopefully the ISP can figure it out. Ah yes, well done on figuring it out, looks like we need to make those sync up, thanks for posting your solution!
