Could you create a new topic with exactly what your issue is and what happened prior please?

Could you do a reboot of the router, wait 2 minutes and then try the router config I posted previously again please?

Could you try disabling all the additional options, then try with that config (also provide it here) as well as making one for linux with all the options disabled and provide it here as well please?

What MAC address are you referring to, your PC or the router MAC? What firmware version are you using? What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to?

You will need to put Ping Assist to 0 to force specific servers, set that and see whether you get the server you want

So it just happened randomly, no precursor you can think of? I don't think they've blocked TFTP, they seem to update the guide and miss a crucial step for some reason, if you follow the guide, before you turn the router back on hold the reset button, turn it on and while continuing to hold wait for the power to flash 10 times, then let go of the reset and push the upgrade. Are you on the very latest firmware, .64? As I know it has occurred a lot less on the latest update.

Are you in a game in that screenshot?

When you say modem do you mean the R2 or your ISP modem?

When you generated the config on proton, was DumaOS specifically an option under router?

It's most likely that the router has reset, on the wired PC see if you can access the interface, if the setup wizard appears you'll need to complete that (you can also change the WiFi password here) and once done you should get internet

Are you able to connect to the internet via a wired PC? When did this issue occur, after upgrading, changing settings, rebooting etc?

When did you get this error, after rebooting, resetting, upgrading etc? Most often this occurs after upgrading when a factory reset hasn't been performed. If you do a factory reset then wait 2 minutes before accessing then it should load correctly.

Do you see anything blocked at all when you launch the game?

That will be a mislocated server most likely, I'll get onto the team to correct that and locate the Aus server to be put there. It is unlikely your ping is that low to the game server, it may be that we can't ping the game server properly (some servers refuse a ping) in which case it will show the ping to the furthest hop to the server it can get to. I'll speak with the team about it, given it came out on Friday we won't have had much time to test so this will all improve once we get some time with the game.

Could you try again with a different browser please? When the internet disconnects does it reconnect on its own, do you have to reboot etc? Does it happen for all devices or specific devices? Do you still have access to the interface when it happens?

Can you provide the config you're using please?

What happens when you try to get a game within your radius, does it continue searching and never finds one? There may be a server you need to allow to get it filtering. Do you see anything blocked when you load up the game for the first time? If so add that to the allow list and then see if filtering works.
