Is this the configuration that they provided you? You'll definitely need to remove all but one of the servers. The username/password should be your VPN login information, otherwise they should specifically say what to use. Did you have <ca> before begin certificate and </ca> after end certificate? If not then you will need that added.

Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Luke's topic in News & Announcements
Here is the link to the .114 beta version: https://www.dropbox.com/s/4mwe5sx81gsc129/XR500-V2.3.2.114-DumaOS3.0.203.img?dl=0 Hard to say, we'll be releasing a new beta version soon so it depends how well that does as to when we would release it as a stable build. -

Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Luke's topic in News & Announcements
Ah I see, that means you're on DumaOS 2.0 instead of 3.0, was that intended? Not sure I follow, to move location click the home pin icon then click on the map and adjust the radius using the slider. -

While not officially released that firmware had been fully tested and was linked by the XR500 lead. We do not have a finished developed firmware to provide you with. Features that make it on to the router is up to Netgear. I couldn't give an estimate at the moment. I've not heard of that issue at all, did you factory reset after upgrading? What happens when you try to make the circle bigger? -

That will almost certainly come with the next beta build - I don't have an eta on that currently but we're working on it. -

Fixes related to the DHCP disconnections, IPv6 etc just overall stability should be improved - no new features. -

ANNOUNCEMENT: DUMAOS 3.0 IS HERE
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Luke's topic in News & Announcements
The stripped version isn't a beta - it's a security update for the 2.0 version, unfortunately named the same. Here is the latest beta which hasn't even really been officially released but it is the most stable in my opinion. -

No news yet, we're still working on it. I couldn't say at the moment, we are beginning shipments of the pre-orders and we have quite a lot to get through to get up to date. It depends how many the team are able to get out each day but if you were to purchase now I don't think it would ship for at least a week. -
Welcome R2 owners! We want your feedback!

If you click the 3 dots in the top right of the interface then click advanced you should see factory reset. -

ANNOUNCEMENT: DUMAOS 3.0 IS HERE
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Luke's topic in News & Announcements
We've only really just released the first XR700 build so there will be at least another one I should think. It really depends how stable they are as to when it can be released publically. -
You don't need an internet connection to access the interface and actually you need to complete the wizard in order to get internet. Can you access 192.168.77.1 via the web browser through ethernet or WiFi?
-
Did you try my PM? It's likely that it will work properly when we release the next firmware so for the moment it may be best to use it behind the Google WiFi.
-
If you check the Internet Setup page on the XR which we know works and there are any differing settings there then we can copy that over to the R2 to see if it will work that way. We don't unfortunately as we're a small team. There is an issue we're looking at which is probably the reason why it isn't working correctly. I've sent you a PM.
-
No don't do that, if you have internet already then you don't need it and it would only cause you to disconnect. Check what Internet settings the Google WiFi is already using and see if you can enter them into the R2 to get a connection.
-
You need to find out if you need it first, it's not something you can just enable as specific details are required. VLAN isn't supported at the moment.
-
You won't be able to connect using DumaOS if there is no internet but the LAN IP should work. It may be you need PPPoE or VLAN when directly connecting to that.
