  1. I appreciate it's not been as fast as you would have liked so far, on our end builds are being made much faster, right now we're waiting on Netgear for a build and that can take a while. The firmware progress page was brought about after people wanting more transparency on what is happening, so they can see at a glance without asking frequently. Is there an issue you're having that you're waiting for to be resolved?
  2. Do you have Armor enabled or any Traffic Controller rules, DMZ, port forwarding etc? Do you have NAT set to Open in WAN Settings? Have you tried a factory reset since this has happened?
  3. On the ZTE set a static IP for the R2, that way it should always get an IP and should get internet. Once you've done it reboot the R2, wait 2 minutes and see if it works without resetting the MAC address.
  4. Hey, welcome to the forum! You need to use the username/password for your PureVPN account or credentials they give you specifically to use with a VPN.
  5. You can still block peer connections by using the Geo-Filter radius which is how you're meant to filter really, denying is more for blocking peers/servers that have a bad connection so you don't play on it again rather than blocking, if you do that enough you may struggle to get games. It's very easy to re-classify a peer to a server/vice versa so that will be done.
  6. That's brilliant to hear, glad it's all working now! You should absolutely keep the XR running as a DHCP server, it's what is giving your devices their IP addresses. The Arris DHCP server is just giving a local IP to the XR, not your devices.
  7. That's with the Advanced Setup? It's saying about the address but in the config you gave it's not using an address like that
  8. Welcome to the forum! Just to clarify, on the Geo-Filter, does it show your device is added with the Console service underneath? Generally you won't see a server unless you're in a game, in a public match do you see anything if you fully zoom out on the map?
  9. You're welcome! So unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 2 minutes then hold the reset for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes then attempt access and see if it has reset
  10. The next time it happens, don't reset the MAC address, look on the System Information page, does it get an IP address? Is your MAC Address Cloning option enabled or disabled?
  11. Welcome to the forum! I think probably the best thing to do, especially considering you're setting it up with new equipment is to give it a factory reset and then that should work. If specific devices have trouble connecting after that then disable Smart Connect for WiFi and have them connect to 2.4GHz manually. You'll won't be able to access the interface from a device connected directly to the Arris.
  12. Thanks for that, in Settings could you set the DHCP lease time to 168 hours, disable IPv6 in WAN & LAN, then reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if it works better then please. How are you resetting the R2 MAC Address exactly?
  13. We've seen a few issues with that particular setting, basically with that enabled the MAC address of the phone changes frequently and the router detects it as a new device. I would guess that when you pick it up in the morning, it then changes the MAC address immediately but the router thinks the device is still on standby.
  14. Do a reboot again so unplug power, wait 10 seconds, plug in, wait 2 minutes, then access and if you have access then do the factory reset
  15. Could you initiate a factory reset from the interface, wait 3 minutes, then access please and see if its all loading?
  16. Thanks for that, I'll pass that on to a developer to take a closer look. By any chance have you added a device to the Geo-Filter and then deleted that device from the Device Manager? Also do you exclusively use the Geo-Filter pinned to the dashboard or do you use it on the main page as well?
  17. Hey, welcome to the forum! For the moment you'll still need to use the files manually
  18. Hey, welcome to the forum! Try the suggestion here:
  19. Do you know of any routers that do that? I suspect an external reset button could result in accidental factory resets which is why it hasn't been done so far
  20. Remove all but one of the remote lines then retry it please
  21. Could you provide the OpenVPN config you're using please?
  22. Thanks for the heads up!
  23. Yes that's exactly right, I should note that we don't support getting around SBMM so if that's what you're doing we can't help you on that front but to force a location the Geo-Filter should be used.
  24. I'd recommend using the Geo-Filter, that's the only way you can ensure that you force the servers you want, then see if you can get a server in that location. As far as I'm aware they don't actually have a server in India so Singapore or UAE I think are the closest.
  25. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
