  1. It would be great if you are able to find the causes and then we can pass that onto NG to aid them in their fix. It's entirely possible this is already fixed on the next version which I'm hoping isn't too far off now.
  2. We need to do another, it went out of date again after we pushed an update today. We're working on a more permanent solution, in the mean time we'll push another update tomorrow.
  3. They are probably mislocated, thanks for the report!
  4. It is a known issue that the port forwarding entries seem to disappear so if you go to add a new rule where the port is the same as one of those entries you'll get that message. This is something NG is fixing for the next version I believe. If you set all the rules you need after a factory reset and don't change them then they should be okay but are you saying when using OpenVPN it causes the entries to disappear?
  5. No not currently, a full release shouldn't take too much longer
  6. We need to do a new Heatmap update so that may be why, reboot the router in a few hours, wait 2 minutes and then see if it loads please
  7. Make sure you force a connection to the interface using HTTP as HTTPS can also cause the error so try one of these links specifically: http://10.0.0.1 http://routerlogin.net
  8. @Bat 'n' Ball yes that's the easiest way to reproduce the issue, if you re-connect the device to the console in the same way (WiFi or ethernet) and then give it the exact same name and device type then it should get rid of the error without a factory reset.
  9. If you use 10.0.0.1 then to access the XR do you get access without issue? Script error is usually due to a browser based Adblocker being enabled
  10. What web browser are you using? Could you try accessing 192.168.1.1 instead please and see if it works?
  11. Give it a reboot, wait 2 minutes then try again please, are you able to ping without error?
  12. No I don't believe so, we're working with NG to allow for a more full backup
  13. That all seems fine, it could be that because it's quite a new game there are a lot of people playing it currently and that's putting strain on the servers as the ping on your side to the server hasn't changed at all. In that case I would suggest setting everything up as you want it and then make a back up in settings so you can speed up setup should it happen again
  14. Resync the cloud and then ping, it should be working now
  15. Have a look at the map when you get kicked, there should be something blocked, add that to the allow list and it should let you in
  16. When you're rebooting are you doing so by pulling the power by any chance? If so reboot via the interface, this acts as a hard save so if you do unplug it should save your settings
  17. I'm surprised you're getting such a low ping to a server in Canada, could you provide the ID for one of those servers please?
  18. The ping on the Geo-Filter will be without processing delay (which all games have) so in game ping will be a bit higher. What are your QoS settings currently?
  19. How are you performing the test via CLI exactly, using iperf? What do you get using speedtest.net? It's quite possibly due to PPPoE, if you put the XR500 in front of the R2 to handle PPPoE instead and have the R2 behind it what do you get then?
  20. Interesting! I'll make a note of it for when we think about making another router!
  21. Hey, welcome to the forum! Try the suggestion here:
  22. Do you know of any routers that do that? I suspect an external reset button could result in accidental factory resets which is why it hasn't been done so far
  23. If you have Adblocker on your web browser (not the router adblocker) then please disable or whitelist the router interface page
  24. A few people are away at the moment but we'll be able to get an update on this on Monday, I would also recommend signing up for Early Access as well so you can try any new builds https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/
  25. Ah okay, it's not telling you to access the link, it's saying it can't load part of the theme, if you click ok you should be able to continue using the Geo-Filter. That message usually appears if you have an Adblocker on your web browser.
