  1. Hey, welcome to the forum! Thanks for the report, we'll get that updated next week!
  2. Thanks for the feedback! I think 30 seconds it pretty standard, but I understand your point. When you access the interface after holding down the button do you see the setup wizard?
  3. For the moment yes unfortunately
  4. It just means it's not able to give an IPv6 address to a device but as you have that disabled/don't support it then it doesn't matter. We've got some details from someone else on why this might be happening, we'll get back to you when we know more.
  5. Thanks, next time you can click the 3 line icon and save it as a text file. Does the Device Manager load correctly?
  6. Could you provide the whole log file as a download for us to look at please?
  7. In System Information, in the Rapp panel options change the number of retries to 5 then reboot from the interface. If it continues then please grab the log file from the System Information page.
  8. It's not that simple, development is a long process and if it hits QA and bugs are found then they will be fixed which will ultimately push back when we can release it. We learnt a long time ago that it was better not to give dates.
  9. Try this one please, sorry for the inconvenience, hopefully we'll get there in the end! clientdev tun auth-user-passnobindpersist-keypersist-tunverb 3remote-cert-tls server--keepalive 10 30sndbuf 524288rcvbuf 524288cipher AES-256-CBCtls-cipher TLS-DHE-RSA-WITH-AES-256-GCM-SHA384:TLS-DHE-RSA-WITH-AES-256-CBC-SHAproto udpreneg-sec 0fast-ioremote-randomremote gb-lon-101.mullvad.net 1301 <ca> -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- // Removed for pasting -----END CERTIFICATE----- </ca>
  10. Can you try this please? I've adjusted it a bit more: client dev tun auth-user-pass nobind persist-key persist-tun verb 3 remote-cert-tls server --keepalive 10 30 cipher AES-256-CBC tls-cipher TLS-DHE-RSA-WITH-AES-256-GCM-SHA384:TLS-DHE-RSA-WITH-AES-256-CBC-SHA proto udp reneg-sec 0 fast-io remote-random remote gb-lon-101.mullvad.net 1301 <ca> -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- // Removed for pasting -----END CERTIFICATE----- </ca>
  11. @Eli6838 lets continue in your topic: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/35288-r2-could-not-detect-an-internet-connection/
  12. I think so or your account user ID, is that the same?
  13. Apologies for the question but did you type your username/password in correctly?
  14. Yes we will, I've asked the team to see whether it is something they can do for one of the next updates. Could you try this one instead please? client dev tun resolv-retry infinite nobind persist-key persist-tun verb 3 remote-cert-tls server --keepalive 10 30 sndbuf 524288 rcvbuf 524288 cipher AES-256-CBC tls-cipher TLS-DHE-RSA-WITH-AES-256-GCM-SHA384:TLS-DHE-RSA-WITH-AES-256-CBC-SHA proto udp auth-user-pass reneg-sec 0 tun-ipv6 fast-io remote-random remote gb-lon-101.mullvad.net 1301 <ca> -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- // Removed for pasting -----END CERTIFICATE----- </ca>
  15. That's great to hear, thanks for sharing the solution for you. We're investigating the issue at hand so I'm confident we'll get it resolved.
  16. It might be the power cut briefly causing a reset, I''d see if you can get a replacement, either with the retailer you purchased from or by making a ticket with Netgear here: http://support.netgear.com/
  17. I think we've gone through everything unfortunately yeah. We can do a replacement though and then that should work if you'd like to try that. Either way you'll need to email [email protected] with your order number, if you want the replacement then link this topic and they'll sort that out for you.
  18. Thanks for that, can you go ahead and re-upgrade to the same firmware please and then factory reset for a fresh install and see if it still happens after that? It may not have flashed correctly prior to shipping. https://forum.netduma.com/topic/34950-new-r2-firmware-30205/
  19. Thanks for the report, I've compiled a list of all the heatmap games that need to be updated and have passed it over to the team to update.
  20. Thanks for that, what was the IP you gave the R2? On the System Information page does it show the same IP that you set?
  21. Thanks for the information, on the actiontec would you be able to set a static IP for the R2 to see if it can sustain a connection? Might be to do with the actiontec DHCP release renewing.
  22. Some devices do not like Smart Connect and are not able to seamlessly transition bands based on Bandwidth as the router does without connecting manually to a band. I would suggest making a guest WiFi for such devices and then using Smart Connect for the main WiFi so you get the best of both worlds.
  23. Is that in router mode or have you put it in modem mode? Regardless of the way you have put it can you try the other method please and see if that works? It is a support forum so you will mainly see people with issues here, it does not represent the entirety of our customer base and is within normal levels for a consumer based product. We are working on it, it's a tough issue to pin down but it's a high focus for us. Is that all devices or wired/wireless specifically?
  24. Could you contact Mullvad and ask them for a configuration file that will work with OpenVPN 2.3.4 please?
