How do you have it set up? If it's done correctly then it will only go off when gaming has stopped. Can you provide a screenshot please?

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. What device/web browser are you using to access the interface in the first screenshot? While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.

Great to hear you got in! Disable WiFi entirely from the WiFi settings, reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes, access, enable WiFi, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then see if they appear and if it's more stable from then on.

Some good advice there from Kinel, the UK one is definitely an auth server so no need to worry about that. Some people have had trouble finding games on the West Coast, not just on this game but previous, I think they're made them like overflow servers so if there is a lot of people on at one time it will use them but if not then they won't. So if you struggle go from central instead and that will work better. -
You'll have logged in with the auto option, instead login by selecting the specific device/platform and it'll work

Looks like you have more than one ethernet adapter on the PC, can you disable the other then attempt access again please?

Interesting, I wonder if the factory resets haven't worked properly - it's something we've resolved a fix for in the next version and that is why polygon is causing an error. Keep that disabled for now, the new firmware isn't too far off.

That's interesting so it may be a DNS issue overall, could you set it manually on the R1 and see if that allows the device without DNS manually set to work? -
Ping Heatmap should work, the others won't for the moment, what is happening with Ping Heatmap exactly? For Ping Under Load adjust Congestion Control percentages while set to Always and see what improves the results

That's great to hear! So the app has some 3.2 features which the XR500 doesn't have currently so there will be parts you're not able to use properly but the 500 update that will compliment the app isn't far off now.

So just to clarify: You have internet (devices get an IP from the XR500 (192.168.1.x) not the modem)? You have access to the XR500 Interface? XR500 WiFi works? Ethernet devices work? The only thing is that the LEDs aren't on? -

Reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please. -
Uninstall the app then re-install it and see if you're able to login then, also make sure you're connected to the XR WiFi when using the app otherwise it won't work

Not working in what way, it says failed or it connects but when putting the device on the right the IP doesn't change? Can you provide a screenshot of how it is setup now? Do you leave the VPN enabled all the time? -
Looks like you've set your bandwidth speeds to 100 download & upload so if you update that and then re-enable QoS then you should get your normal speeds again
