  2. You do have access to the Early Access sub forum so I'd recommend trying one of those versions and see whether that improves it for you: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  3. They would have had to add them manually and not everyone knows how to do that, there would have definitely been some reports. It's not really possible to just do that as it would still be cloud based so it would still need to be updated by us. I will get back to you when I know more about the particular issue.

  5. Welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, what firmware version are you on currently? In LAN Settings > DHCP set the lease hours to 168 then apply, reboot from the interface and see if it goes longer without the issue happening.
  6. Okay no worries, I'll pass it on, no one else has reported this issue so it might be more in depth than a cloud update but we'll see what happens with this next one.

  8. Access using 192.168.77.1 instead and see if that loads, if not, clear your browser cache/cookies and see if it correctly loads then please.
  9. If they can provide you with the OpenVPN configuration files then you should be able to use it with the Advanced Setup of HybridVPN
  10. I would think it's more likely to be a mislocated server as everyone connects through the server to you rather than direct to you. If you provide a couple of IDs like that we can double check.

  12. So the latest version only passed at 80% so still a little bit to fix and then we should be away, there is a ticket for the PPPoE/QoS upload issue but I can't see if it's been fixed in this version or not.

  14. It's quite a common error with the PS but set NAT to Open in WAN Settings and see if that helps
  15. If the server was offline then it would be unavailable for a long time, try without the Geo-Filter and see if you're ever able to get it, if you can't then it's just on the game side, nothing to do with your connection

  18. Should be done, resync from the Geo-Filter, reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes then check please.
