  1. So it resets if you use the main flower, it resets when typing in the value, what about if you drag the percentage on the semi circle in the popout or type the percentage, does it still happen then?
  2. Okay thanks, will let you know once this has been done
  3. Are you clicking save on the popout and then updating the distribution?
  4. Ping Under Load is purely on your side, did you do the above after the upgraded speeds as you will need to as the same settings may not work for those speeds
  5. Use one decimal place instead and see if that works better please
  6. Odd in what way? Are you using decimals? Can you provide a screenshot of your page please?
  7. How are you doing this, via Bandwidth Allocation? Are you doing it from the 'flower' or with the popout?
  8. We're doing what we can, the more DumaOS evolves the harder it becomes to have it working on an older router like the R1
  9. Ping Under Load at that rating would indicate that QoS needs to be fine tuned some more. It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.
  10. I've added you to the beta. Keep an eye on this page for updates: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000132677-dumaos-firmware-progress
  11. You can do yes, if you can provide the IDs here as well I can make sure they get moved
  12. I would expect that to be the other way around as Halo specifically blocked Geo-Filtering. Do you get the same issue on DMZ or the new map?
  13. Hit detection is a hard one as it doesn't have any stats and we can only go on improving the stats like ping, packet loss etc. It's especially difficult if you have a good ping but bad hit detection as it's not necessarily anything on your side. People try throttling, experimenting with different ports for Traffic Prioritization and adjusting their MTU so might be worth a look.
  14. You can give it ago, just keep in mind with the suggestion from Liam, it will limit the other devices to their allocation
  15. Making a lot of good progress, a lot of things to whitelist basically, should be finished on Monday
  16. Best to use it without the Geo-Filter for the moment until we can get that sorted.
  17. Try forcing servers slightly further away, if that doesn't help see if you can record and example so we can see what is happening
  18. Great thanks, we did find a server that was blocked that should be whitelisted but it's still not working so will require some more testing.
  19. The team are currently looking into it, just to double check, is it a PC you're playing on?
  20. The DHCP range should be set to start at .100 for example and then the reserved IPs should be outside of that range such as .2 - .99 however you want to do it but the reserved IPs have to be outside the range you set to work
  21. I'll get that added to our roadmap, thanks for the suggestions!
  22. We're actually working on integrating Ping Heatmap and the Geo-Filter together to make an overall better, more optimized experience!
  23. Okay we'll have another look into this, thanks for the report!
  24. Yes that makes sense, you won't be able to get an Open NAT while using a VPN
  25. It could be within the radius and the server shown in that radius was mislocated on the map, was that what you pinged on the Geo-Filter? Are you actually located on the East Coast? I know there has been problems in the past where there has been issues trying to force west coast servers, if you are from the east or central and try to force around there does it work?
