We need to do another cloud update which will be done on Monday, it's likely this is why you're receiving the error, please try again let on Monday after we've had the chance to push the update. It won't impact your ability to use the Geo-Filter though so you're still able to filter games in your location.

It's always recommended to do a factory reset after an upgrade so I would suggest you do so to see if it's still an issue after that -

Vous pouvez choisir TCP ou UDP, cela ne fera pas beaucoup de différence. L'utilisation d'un VPN augmentera votre ping, surtout si le serveur est très éloigné de vous. Si ce n'est pas si loin de votre emplacement réel, choisissez un autre serveur dans cette zone - celui que vous utilisez peut être surchargé.

You should have the new mobile view (basically an app interface through the web browser) if you're on .453 and it's much easier that way. We do need to do an update for quite a few games on Monday.

Great to hear that! Unfortunately not, it's something we need to manually update and currently there is an issue with the tool with that but it is something we're working on and I brought it up in a meeting just a few days ago so I'm hopeful we'll be able to get that sorted. -

Thanks for the information, first things first, you're on a very old firmware version which won't be helping. Upgrade to the latest: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39522-new-r2-firmware-32453/ then after the upgrade has completed ~5 minutes after uploading perform a factory reset. Wait 2 minutes then access and see whether it has improved after that.

If it says connected then it's almost certainly connected but if you can provide the VPN log I can double check that. Can you provide a screenshot again of how you're setting up with the devices? It will be something with that causing it not to change I would think. -
PPPoE may reduce the speed slightly & as well as the efficiency of QoS so I would suggest keeping it as is if possible. QoS/DPI is additional processing on the hardware so for some people you may not get full speeds with this enabled - you can activate/deactivate QoS as many times as you want, it won't cause any issues. Disable the protection options in WAN Settings and it may boost your speeds slightly.

Without the model number I couldn't say - does it have WiFi? If not then that's what I wanted to know really. Make sure you're forcing a connection to the interface using HTTP rather than HTTPS - what device are you using? In that case the configs we have are definitely out of date, all you need to do is download one of those ovpn files from the list for the server you want to connect to. Then open the file in notepad, copy the contents and then paste it into the config box on the Advanced Setup of HybridVPN and enter your HMA user/password as normal. -

What device/web browser are you using to access the interface as it's not a common issue that it gets removed. You would need to get the configuration file from PureVPN, then enter it into the config box. It can be outdated but still work, just not as well as an up to date config. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to? -

Just to clarify, are you saying if you don't add a service then it will remove the device from the right side of the page? The IP address can cache so restart the device you're trying to VPN. Use the Advanced Setup instead of the basic setup for VPN so use the server configuration file instead and see if it works - the configs we have available are likely out of date. -

You have an IPv6 address which is why it doesn't appear changed online whereas HMA seems to be forcing you over IPv4, if you disable IPv6 then you'll see it has changed through the router as well. They will not have used the router otherwise they will have known about the VPN feature. -

Ce n'est pas quelque chose pour lequel le Geo-Filter est conçu, cela pourrait fonctionner mais ce n'est pas quelque chose sur lequel nous serions en mesure de fournir une assistance
