Found mislocated servers? Let us know here!
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Call of Duty Support
Did you enter that into the form as a cloud was done on Friday so it should have been included if it was. The person who does the cloud just looks at the form data so needs to be input there. -

There was a cloud done yesterday, if you want to make sure you got it then click Flush Cloud in the Geo-Filter Map options. -
Milestone 1.3 is now out on the Netduma R1!
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Admin's topic in Netduma R1 Support
Did you get an actual invite or a confirmation of sign up? You can still use any VPN on the original firmware, all you need to do is obtain the OpenVPN configuration files from the provider and paste it into the advanced section. Sometimes it can be a little tricky so if you get it and have trouble make a topic and we'll be happy to help. -
ANNOUNCEMENT: DUMAOS 3.0 IS HERE

If you successfully submitted the form then you'll be signed up. It's not included at the moment but that's feedback that can be provided to NG to influence them to implement it. -
Found mislocated servers? Let us know here!

Sorry, I should have been more clear. Whitelisting doesn't give preferential treatment/priority to a server as in connect to this over all others, it just allows it to bypass your settings that would restrict it. Adding to the allow list does the same thing. -

You will be happy with what is in the beta then! -
Found mislocated servers? Let us know here!
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Call of Duty Support
The cloud can only do three things: Correctly classify a host i.e. change from peer to dedicated and vice versa Move a server to the correct location on the map Whitelist a server so it's always allowed and therefore bypasses the Geo-Filter A connection will appear if there has been some interaction a ping for example. When you do connect to it vs when you don't what is your base ping? If you can't force it all the time using the filter as in you're literally blocking everything else and it still won't put you on it or even appear then there isn't anything we can do about that. -

Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Call of Duty Support
It might be a back up for MW then only used during peak times etc. If it works with other CoD games and appears for MW too but no matter how hard you try you can't force it then they don't want you connecting to that server at the moment for whatever reason. -

Yes there is a small batch of testers testing it right now and more testers will be added gradually so keep an eye out. Once we've confirmed stability on the XR500 we'll do the 700 as they shouldn't be too dissimilar but the last thing we want to do is spread ourselves too thin. -

Could you put this in the form please in the original post with the relevant information? Just posting the ID I don't know whether it's misclassified, incorrectly located or needs to be whitelisted. When you're searching for a game does it appear? It might be that it's offline or undergoing maintenance at the moment. -

It shouldn't be that slow for you, you may need to clear your browser cache/cookies then load each page of the interface and then it should be faster. It will be coming very soon, it won't be long between each beta for each of the routers. -

I believe those selected for the first batch should have already received their emails - do double check spam/junk folders just in case - so if you don't have one then you won't have made it into the first batch. Keep an eye out though for the next batch. -

Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Luke's topic in News & Announcements
@Marc@Marc1 Christine on the NG forum will resolve that for you. To everyone else, as lilstone has mentioned the first emails have gone out so double check to see if you have one. Don't worry if you haven't got it as new waves/batches will kick off soon. It worked on a first come first serve basis. -

Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Luke's topic in News & Announcements
No you wouldn't be able to use the same firmware for both so please don't attempt it otherwise (if the router accepted it in the first place) it would probably be bricked. Definitely sign up for the XR beta once you have the router in hand. -

Netduma Fraser replied to ynothc's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Hey, welcome to the forum! Could you explain what your physical setup is please? Go to Device Manager and select the table view, do the link speeds for all the ports say 1000mbps? -

You would need to use a different email I think so try that first, otherwise maybe send a PM to @Christine_T on the Netgear community forum and she may be able to help. -

Done, your old account has been merged with this one and the old deleted. First batch will go out to a small amount of people and we'll expand from there when things are looking stable. We're always pushing to have it released as soon as possible but depends on stability and bugs. It's by far the biggest update we've done so far so we don't want to rush it out just for the sake of it before it's ready. -

Having a look at your past posts it was the announcement topic for 3.0, it wasn't an official sign up, more of a gauge for who was interested in it. Please do sign up because we need more information than can be posted publicly. -
