Happy to hear you're having a good experience. For QoS try clearing the browser cache/cookies then loading the page once, see if that prevents applying settings appearing. -

I'll respond to your topic here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/33165-ping-failure/ -
Glad you're liking it so far @Vasil! Regarding heatmap I've let the dev responsible know and they should be able to push a cloud update through to fix it next week. I would recommend putting the R1 WAN IP found in System Information into the dd-wrt router DMZ and then you should be good to go.

We'll try to get to the bottom of it as soon as we can.

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. This is something we are investigating at the moment. It may help if you downgrade for the moment while we look into it.

Found mislocated servers? Let us know here!
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Call of Duty Support
Cloud updates are something that will always have to be done as IPs change all the time. We've just launched our own router so we certainly haven't given up on ourselves. I've asked Alex to do an update so I'm hopeful he'll do it soon. -

Did you do a factory reset as I advised in PM?

Netduma Fraser replied to Rickyrocks's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
That is coming in DumaOS 3.0, you will be able to delete all offline devices. I realize it is a frustrating wait and I apologize for that. We are working as hard as we can to get it out as soon as possible. -

Se enviará lo antes posible el lunes, los servidores deberían estar en las mismas ubicaciones que los juegos anteriores, así que creo que uno en Brasil. -

I'll check with Alex as he was looking into this, it would be a cloud update though, not a firmware update. -

There isn't really any need to port forward if UPnP is on already but yes you should be able to do that.
