I have to restart my router every few games
Netduma Fraser replied to Xverso's topic in Call of Duty Support
Neither should be a problem so it's an odd issue to solve, are you using the beta firmware or public release? -

Do a factory reset from the interface and wait 2 minutes before accessing, that should resolve both issues -

It's not a full screenshot so I can't see if there is anything else that may be affecting it. If you resync the cloud heatmap should work now. -
Can you provide the OpenVPN config from Pure and a screenshot of your whole VPN page please?
-
Follow the above guide, it gives you step by step instructions on how to do it
-
It should be okay if you refresh the page but the error may still appear, if you click ok it should go away
-
The config files we have are outdated at the moment so you'll need to use the Advanced Setup to connect. Download the config files for the server you want to connect to from Pure then paste the contents into the Advanced Setup, enter your Pure user/pass and you should be able to connect.

If you want to force specific servers then you will need to set Ping Assist to 0 and then it will work, otherwise you always have the chance that you'll get a game not in your radius
-
Have you done the reinstall via TFTP? That is the method most likely to resolve the issue as it provides the cleanest installation possible.

Can you provide a screenshot of the entire Geo-Filter page showing what you see when searching for a game please? -
MW2 Heatmap not working or GeoFilter
Netduma Fraser replied to Dyson350's topic in Call of Duty Support
Resync again from Ping Heatmap, then Device Manager and the Geo-Filter, if it's still not working, reboot the router from the interface then wait 2 minutes before accessing and it should work after that -

I'll add you to the list for when we expand the group -
Keep us posted! Don't use Benchmark as some people don't get their expected speeds, it uses different servers so use speedtest.net to keep the results closer, will also help to determine if the R2 gets the correct speeds but doesn't pass it on for example
-
Did you get it just going on the page or after changing a setting? Do you have a device added? If you click ok can you continue to use it? Otherwise, as above!
-
If you connect via ethernet to the router you won't need the serial number for the WiFi, then you can check the WiFi page and note down the serial number should you need it (e.g. after a factory reset) /change the password
-
It pings the Google servers, it's a baseline test of your connection so it sounds like from what you've said that your baseline ping is rising during certain times of the day so most likely congestion on their side causing it which isn't something you can resolve unfortunately.

Missing JSON response. AGAIN!

The guide shows you step by step what to do, as long as you follow that you should be able to do it -

Hey, welcome to the forum! There hasn't been an update for the 300 for some time, the best thing to try would be a reinstall of the firmware using the TFTP method, followed by a factory reset for the cleanest installation possible. https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-TFTP-from-the-Microsoft-Windows-Command-Prompt?article=000059634 -
You need to add your device to the VPN Traffic panel and then it will work
-
The interface times out, when that happens it breaks the Remote Procedure Calls (RPC) that usually take place and shows the error. Once you've changed an option on the browser close the tab completely, when you want to use it again open it again and you shouldn't have an error.
