Delete all of the services you have added for the device, then set the mode to Do NOT VPN these services, then see if your IP has changed -
If you did my recommended setup then all devices connected to the XR1000 would appear as though they are directly connected to the R2 so you would manage them all through the R2 exclusively

Problemas con los servidores de MW2
Netduma Fraser replied to Eduardo bastos's topic in Call of Duty Support
It seems to me as though the servers you're playing on may be under load, in which case try forcing different servers and you should get a better connection -
I would recommend doing R2 > XR1000 (AP mode) if possible as that would be better. In your scenario, the XR1000 is a device to the R2 so you would plug into the R2 LAN port. For the XR1000 the R2 is a source of internet so you would plug into the WAN port.

We don't do remote support as we're a small company. Once you're back on PureVPN and connected, provide a screenshot of your HybridVPN page and we can go from there. -

Hey, welcome to the forum! Did you add your device to the right hand side of the VPN page? If not then it won't have applied to the device and changed the IP. I would recommend not engaging with that kind of support as that is inaccurate and also would void your warranty. Have a look at this guide: https://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000087492--dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-hybrid-vpn any questions let us know. -
Don't worry about the speed side on Benchmark, it uses different servers so can give differing results. Don't allow it to auto set Congestion Control, judging by your Ping Under Load results more work needs to be done to get it looking like the Ping Test graph in the middle. On the R2, change the percentage, test, change, test etc until you find the values that get them looking the same.

Can you provide a screenshot showing what you see with those servers outside your radius? -
The hardware is much different so settings from one may not provide the same experience on the other. Could you provide a completed Benchmark test please?

Error on WIFI channel and WIFI suddenly stop working.
Netduma Fraser replied to thewilloxdiaz's topic in Netduma R1 Support
Yes that's correct. So wired devices still have internet? Could you check the WiFi devices and disable Private Addresses on each of them, it may be that prompting the router to think it is a different device, otherwise you could set the static IP on the devices themselves and they should get internet -
It sure is! Now some say it's too fast - at least it's accurate!

Welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. How did you disable QoS exactly? Could you provide a screenshot of the QoS page please? What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to? Are ALL devices connected to the R2? What device/web browser are you using to access the interface? Are you accessing via HTTPS instead of HTTP? Some browsers force HTTPS, in which case make sure it's using HTTP.

Make sure you have Ping Assist set to 0 and it will always stay within your polygon/radius -
It did take a few minutes before but now it's basically instant, as soon as it detects there is no traffic to or from a device it will flick over to offline

As above, we'll get it updated again on Monday but it shouldn't affect your ability to use the Geo-Filter at all

We need to do a cloud update for Ping Heatmap, we'll get that done on Monday. It seems that unfortunately it became outdated very quickly today after we did the initial update - likely because of the launch it's very fluid at the moment.

¿Puede proporcionar una captura de pantalla de la página Geo-Filter que muestre lo que ve cuando esto sucede, por favor? -
How did you add the device exactly, with what service?
-
That looks okay yes as long as the servers are within the drawn polygons, I would recommend you put Ping Assist to 0 to ensure you only connect to those servers though
