  1. @Alias 1aB Welcome to the forum! Glad you're enjoying the router. WiFi is an area we are focusing on a lot at the moment to improve as much as possible. The mobile devices web browsers, is it every single site you go to or specific ones?
  2. Don't do the UK as we're trying to see whether you can get a more stable experience. Ping Assist assists the Geo-Filter in getting you games outside your radius that are under your limit - so you never miss the opportunity for a good game. It is not a hard limit and doesn't affect the inside of the radius so turn it to 0 and just focus on the closest part of EU to try and get a game.
  3. To force servers you need to put Ping Assist to 0. Also you've put a polygon around the Netherlands only, not sure how many servers there are there. I'd recommend doing a polygon like this, includes France, Netherlands and Germany which should give you a good ping.
  4. Can you provide a screenshot of what you see when that happens please?

  7. Yes I know. We are in the UK as well. As there are a lot of servers in Europe we are lucky we can try other servers in different countries without a huge increase in ping and they may play better for you than a UK server.

  9. No it's very unlikely, more like you just need to find a server that works for you. A lot of people force servers that aren't necessarily the closest.
  10. Worth trying both but go for France first.
  11. I'd exclude the UK and that server and make a polygon over France and Germany, just do it yourself, the profile just makes a set range basically. That server is required for authentication, it's required for online play and has no bearing on your game ping.
  12. Don't just expand the filter as you could get the same one again, actually move the home location so the radius excludes the one you were playing on and you force a new number. You can try Ping Assist but again would likely get you the server you're already on. It's unlikely but its always a possibility.
  13. It could be the game itself because they may have high server load, you can have a low ping that is not stable. It might be that the hub is connecting you with a server further away but because the ping is more stable you have a better experience. By forcing different servers you can find the one that works best, try it out and see what it feels like in game.
  14. It won't be lower, you can get a very good ping to France for example but it doesn't matter if your ping is really low if it is spiking to 100. Far more important is a consistent ping so you may get a more stable experience on a server slightly further away.
  15. Ping Heatmap has now had updates pushed for all the Call of Duty games!
  16. The in game ping jumps to that or the Geo-Filter ping does? Try forcing some other servers slightly further away as they may offer a more stable experience.
- Sorry I don't understand the translation. If you disable the Geo-Filter first prior to turning on the game/console do you get an open NAT. In game ping and the Geo-Filter ping will be different but the Geo-Filter ping is what you can affect - lower this and the in game ping will also lower.
  18. Thanks for bringing it to my attention, I can reproduce it as well so possibly an issue. I have let a dev know and so they will take a look when they can.
  19. Could you make a new topic regarding the issue please and include a screenshot?
  20. Your location won't be shown on the Geo-Filter, just where the server is. The tick rates is the amount of time you send/receive updates from the server, you can't change this, it is just down to the server. You have a very good ping!
  21. I know Alex was working on a cloud update recently, I'll chase him on it.
  22. Usually a PC will have some sort of integrated graphics so you can still use it. That's a good idea, are you thinking for when you're away from home or for another reason? You need to use the username/password that you use to login in to the router interface with. Make sure: Connected to the WiFi of a DumaOS 3.0 powered router Use the username/password that you usually use to log into the router interface If 'Auto' doesn't work then select the specific router series. Just to be sure, are you talking about the app or the actual router interface?
  23. Yes it does work with the XR500 3.0 beta, are you having issues?
  24. Choo choo, you have been given priority boarding. Please go to the beta section to collect your tickets.
  25. You now have access. Great to hear!
