We need to update the configs on the basic setup so for the moment use the Advanced Setup, you'll need to get the OpenVPN configuration files from PureVPN and then paste the contents of that file in the config box. Enter your Pure user/pass in the relevant boxes and you should be able to connect.

  5. I believe it was due to a chip shortage and so the chip had to be changed - an equivalent chip was used but as the chip changed that meant changes needed to be made to the software to work with the different chip.

  8. It has to be set to Always, make sure you're changing download and upload. If that doesn't work then you are on an old beta version so there was a lot of improvement to be made on it and it's very unlikely you'll get that kind of spike with Congestion Control set to 70%

I have been able to reproduce this, I think what has happened is that IP address is an IP address for a Microsoft server so I believe it is detecting that it's a public IP address rather than also a private IP address if you see what I mean. I can pass it onto the team but for the moment you would need to use a different LAN IP.
  11. You'll always have some amount of jitter so actually 0.23ms is very good! The spike on Ping Under Load indicates that you need to fine tune your QoS/Congestion Control settings. Once you've done that the spike shouldn't happen/should reduce.

  19. Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Is the router connected directly to a wall outlet or an extender? If an extender can you try direct and see if it still happens please? How did you do the factory reset exactly?
  20. The Geo-Filter shows available connections to servers, it doesn't restrict itself at all other than the restrictions you set. Try these steps and see if it works better: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client
