  1. Thanks for that, it looks okay, can you see if there is a change after the resync? You do have access to the Early Access group so it would be worth trying that firmware to see if you get the same issue.

  3. Using any of the pre-installed options for TP in addition to custom port rules there is a high chance it will overlap, we suggest using one or the other. They're different but when using ports for consoles it would be 1024-65535 I believe
  4. If you believe it to be a hardware fault, which is quite possible then you'll need to make a ticket with Netgear support about that, we can only troubleshoot, we can't authorize a replacement for another company.
  5. Reboot the R2 then try to access as soon as possible and put the upgrade through, sometimes the speed at which you do this can help complete it before any issues arise, if that doesn't work try again but with a factory reset
  6. Likely we'll need to update the CoD preset, the Console service should work though, can you confirm if that is the case?

  8. Did you change the retries and see if that helped after a reboot?
  9. Interesting, just to double check can you clear your browser cache/cookies and then check the version again? The version can sometimes get cached
  10. Delete your custom lists, disable the existing lists, reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes then access, add the list as an online list then see if it works better please. Also what firmware version are you on?

  15. Does it show up that it's blocked an ad when you're seeing an ad? Are the other devices online and active at the time?

  17. They will overlap each other a little so there is no real need to add the additional rule. I'd suggest either going for Classifed Games, a preset or using ports but not a mix.
  18. I get that but can you drag the percentages on the central panel instead of the pop out panel when you click gaming in the list for example and see if it works then

  21. Well done on getting it sorted and letting us know the solution! For whatever reason the router thinks your device is sending too much data to the router, that'll be something on the PC end causing that

  23. I just tried adding it using the URL instead as an online list, try that and see if that works for you
  24. Re-install the same version and then see if there is a change, possible it some how got corrupted with the sudden power loss
