  1. Entendido, lo investigaremos y lo ordenaremos.
  2. If it's something a lot of people want we could look into implementing it in the future
  3. ¿Podría aclarar lo que quiere decir?
  4. What's the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to? Double check everything on this guide: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076586-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-maximum-bandwidth-speeds
  5. Have you entered the speeds you expect in Bandwidth settings? Are ALL devices connected to the R2?
  6. The XR will still be in router mode, the BT Hub will handle PPPoE so you can then take out the PPPoE details on the XR. Then do the DMZ setting I mentioned previously and once you've done that check the speeds while connected to the XR.
  7. OpenVPN and hardware are limiters, with OpenVPN you can get around 10Mbps, with Wireguard however that's closer to 100Mbps. That being said, that is part of the reason we created HybridVPN so you don't have to have an entire device behind the VPN, your game can be behind it for example while the rest of the device gets full speeds.
  8. Depends how big your radius on the Geo-Filter is but nearby search is what I suggest you try first
  9. It's something that is present on a few of the XR routers so it will certainly be fixed, not to worry!
  10. Thanks for that, I'm not seeing anything unusual but could you change the mode for 5GHz down to 2400 please and see if that makes any difference? Are you using Armor?
  11. La porción de velocidad de la prueba no se ve afectada por QoS, es una medida de la velocidad que obtiene. Otros sitios de velocidad como speedtest.net deberían mostrar lo que ha configurado.
  12. Hello, welcome to the forum! Are ALL devices connected to the XR router or do you still have some connected to the BT hub? You'll need to put the XR WAN IP (found on the System Information page) into the BT router DMZ and that will help as well.
  13. Development and testing don't follow deadlines well, if there is a bug it has to be fixed then re-tested, that being said we're pretty close for the new firmware and that should have Hybrid included.
  14. We have a new app update almost out and I believe it should resolve the issues for you both, there are quite a lot of fixes.
  15. I think Liam means if you can use that method in the meantime without the issue occurring then please do until the next version resolves the issue for you. Thanks for the suggestion!
  16. I'll add you to the list!
  17. You wouldn't want to use the Geo-Filter with it, if everything is working what are you hoping to achieve exactly by adding it to Optimizer, better performance for example?
  18. De acuerdo, gracias, creo que tendremos que intentar reproducir esto el lunes.
  19. Hello, welcome to the forum! Are you referring to the Geo-Filter or Traffic Prioritization for example?
  20. You would put the R2 WAN IP (found on the R2 System Information page) into the DMZ on the BT Hub. It is safe to do as the R2 has its own firewall.
  21. It could be another device, it's an electronics manufacturer that supplies lots of different companies so it could be any device really, easiest thing would be to check the MAC on each device. That won't do anything I don't think.
  22. Vuelva a habilitar el Geo-Filtro, reinicie la consola y luego haga la prueba, eche un vistazo al mapa con el zoom alejado, ¿ve algo bloqueado?
  23. Try to disconnect/identify the TVs or printers you have online please. Was the disconnect during that log you provided there?
  24. No hay nada raro ahí, ¿tienes exceso de cuota inhabilitado? ¿Está activo el filtro geográfico? Si lo deshabilitas, ¿funciona correctamente?
  25. Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please, as well as the WiFi and Advanced WiFi pages?
