Please sign up for Early Access, then once approved, upgrade to the firmware there followed by a factory reset and see if it persists https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/

Hey, welcome to the forum! What do you mean geolocation doesn't work exactly? What happens when you tell heatmap to force an update?
-
Thanks for that, can you use this link specifically and then re-try resyncing please? http://192.168.77.1
-
Thank you for that, could you follow the CG-NAT section at the bottom of this guide and let us know the results please? https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076587-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-open-nat

That can happen on occasion as some servers seem unable to be pinged, if you disable Auto Ping and ping manually does the ping appear?
-
Hey, welcome to the forum! No there isn't, you will need to have a device connected to the R2 in order to access the interface, you could download the DumaOS app on your phone from the app store and use it that way (with the phone connected to R2 WiFi).
-
Are icons appearing on the Geo-Filter Map? Have you disabled Auto Ping?

cant seem to get the vpn feature to work

Some games may block VPN connections, try a different server/config and see if that works -

Could you try on a different device please and see if you still get it?

That's definitely caused by HTTPS, Adblock or potentially an Anti-Virus if you have one installed on your PC, whitelisting the router interface address should resolve it
-
Does it occur when loading the page or after changing a specific setting?
-
Firefox can force HTTPS as well, here is how to disable it, try again after that please: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/https-only-prefs#w_enabledisable-https-only-mode
-
Was just seeing whether there was anything set that may be causing this. If you do a Connection Benchmark test does that complete properly?
-
Okay so it's probably local congestion, the QoS settings you had before we asked you to disable fully weren't enabled properly so they wouldn't prevent that. Follow this guide and see if it improves after that please https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000077073-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-qos

So the modem, is it connected via ethernet to a box on the wall? If so can you instead plug the R2 straight into that box?
-
Have you set the DMZ or port forwarding on the R2 or set up Traffic Controller rules?
-
You said you used another router and had the same issue there so it's likely your modem is the cause here, are you able to bypass the modem completely?
-
If you're using a web browser Adblocker disable this, also your browser may be forcing the interface to use HTTPS so disable this and retry
-
You won't always see blocked servers and you won't see any players on the map unless you invite them into a party, the icon in your polygon will be the game server. Auto Ping Host just automatically pings the server you're playing on.

Are you using the Geo-Filter for the PS5? If so, disable that, does it resolve the disconnects? The console speed tests aren't always accurate, you'll be getting your full speed, it's probable Traffic Prioritization is prioritizing the Xbox and that's why you see less speed on the test.
