  1. It's a link local IPv6 address, it's perfectly normal, you can ignore that, it won't be negatively impacting you at all. Could you provide the MAC address of the unnamed device? It's unlikely to be anything sinister. Can you provide a screenshot of one of the devices with multiple IPs? It's not going to cause you any issues though.
  2. Could you try swapping with the other ethernet cables you have connected please? I suspect two will give slow speeds but one will give higher speeds
  3. Are you using a Netgear extender/switch/AP or anything else connected to the XR? Set a reserved IP for the PC in LAN Settings and then reboot the router, it will then only have that IP from then on
  4. Is that the R2 WAN IP you've entered in the DMZ? Is the modem a pure modem?
  5. Après un reset, redémarrez le modem, attendez 2 minutes, puis redémarrez le R2, attendez 2 minutes, la connexion est-elle rétablie alors ?
  6. It's very hard to give an accurate answer on this one as there are a lot of variables, as long as you have everything dialed in on your side then it's unlikely to be a problem on your end. The closest game server to you would be London so depending on routing this could vary quite a lot. Is it better during off peak times generally?
  7. Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having these issues, could you provide a screenshot of the Device Manager table view please?
  8. Thank you very much for the report, I'll send that to the team to get sorted on Monday.
  9. Are you using QoS? Do you get a game within your Geo-Filter radius? What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to? Are ALL devices connected to the R2? Did you factory reset after upgrading to the firmware?
  10. Unlikely the routing would change just from increasing the speeds. So the 3 I found were gamingbroadband, leetline & ghostgb - I don't know what they're like so I can't vouch for them, just what I've seen. You can ignore that, we're still improving the results so if PingPlotter gives you great results I would go with that. It could just be that it's a new game and so they're still working out the kinks.
  11. If the default credentials, admin/password or the ones you've set aren't working/they've been forgotten then you'll have to factory reset. It is a security feature to prevent unauthorized access so it has to be that way really.
  12. Hey, welcome to the forum! Someone may correct me here but I've been doing quite a bit of research myself recently regarding broadband providers, as far as I am aware most providers are using the Openreach infrastructure, whereas VM has their own lines etc which is likely why you've noticed quite a big difference. There are 3 'gaming' broadband providers in the UK that I am aware of that provide optimized routing to game servers apparently, perhaps that is something to look into? I think you may even be able to get a second line put in so if you're getting high speeds with TalkTalk and a lot of account credit then maybe the cost of an extra gaming broadband line may be appealing. Overall though I do concur with your assessment, if nothing else has changed in your setup except location and ISP then that will be the cause.
  13. If you're ever confused or want more information about a feature click the ? icon on the top right of that panel. Congestion Control is the main feature to combat lag/local congestion/bufferbloat, essentially lag happens when your connection is saturated i.e. 100% of the connection is being utilized. By setting the value to 70% for example it ensures that your connection can't be completed used and that prevents lag happening. For prioritizing gaming that's where Traffic Prioritization comes in at the bottom of the page.
  14. Not sure there is much we can do there then, I can pass it onto the dev and see if maybe they can alter your router from the backend
  15. Don't worry about the too long message, it will have applied, there is currently no confirmation that you have successfully resynced but it will have worked. Here you are: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  16. It usually happens when a device is deleted from the Device Manager that was currently added to Traffic Prioritization or the Geo-Filter for example. Current Solutions: Factory reset Re-add/connect the device back to the router and give it the same name & device type in the Device Manager To prevent it happening again delete the device from where it has been added before then deleting it from the Device Manager.
  17. Great to hear that, thanks for the update, keep us posted!
  18. That's fine, when that happens it will have applied, just wait 1 minute and refresh the page. I've approved you for Early Access so you can see that section now and find the firmware to upgrade
  19. For Benchmark you'll need to set to Always to see a difference on that but once you have Benchmark giving good results you can set to Auto-Enable and it will apply when gaming.
  22. Hey, welcome to the forum! I've just responded to your Twitter DM.
  23. Ces identifiants peuvent être mis dans les paramètres réseau R2, une fois que vous avez fait cela, appliquez, redémarrez, attendez 2 minutes, puis vous devriez avoir Internet. Il n'a pas de mode AP.
  24. So the R2 has an IPv6 address from the modem but your PC isn't getting an IPv6 address from the R2?
  25. Je crois qu'ils ont des options spécifiques pour
