  2. If you sign up to Early Access https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ you could try the firmware there, it's different than what you're using currently so if you're not happy with that change, you could downgrade but might be worth a try to at least to see if it is somehow firmware related
  3. Okay that's good to hear, so you've tested those ports specifically and they appear to be faulty?
  4. Welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, what is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to? Looks like rather than spikes its that you're timing out, do you have another ethernet cable you can try to connect the R2 to the modem with to see if it still occurs?
  5. As above and those stains are likely finger prints from doing so
  6. That one is definitely a server so just misclassified as a peer, it's very unlikely you'll actually be getting peer hosts in the game now so you'll just need to try forcing some other servers instead if available.
  7. You have access, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/145-nighthawk-pro-gaming-beta/
  8. It won't be just you, they get outdated quite quickly, I'll get the team to update it on Tuesday (after Easter holidays), it won't affect your ability to use the Geo-Filter though.
  9. Go to Device Manager, give the device PlayStation device type, then re-add to the Geo-Filter using the manual option.
  10. It's possible Traffic Prioritization is affecting the results, if it's just you and you were using QoS then bufferbloat wouldn't be affecting you anyway. If QoS off works best then go with that!
  11. No it's in the main R2 support section, it's a stable public firmware
  12. You definitely need to be utilizing Upload on Congestion Control, start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.
  13. Nothing yet, I'll keep on it
  14. What firmware version are you on currently? It's not an issue we see very much anymore
  15. Vai alla pagina Informazioni di sistema e poi nel menu del pannello Rapp ≡ cambia i tentativi a 5, riavvia dall'interfaccia, attendi 2 minuti prima di accedere e vedi se si caricano meglio dopo.
  16. Try using a different cable and also a different port on the router and see if it happens less
  17. Use Ping Heatmap to find the closest dedicated servers in your area and make sure you're covering them with the Geo-Filter. How are you determining it's a peer host - from the peer icon on the map? It's possible it's incorrectly classified and is actually a server, if you provide the ID we can have a look.
  18. You have Early Access, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
