  1. It's been whitelisted that's why you'll get it outside your radius, we'll look into it
  2. Which 3.3 firmware are you on by the way so I can note it down for the ticket
  3. Okay no worries, we'll take a look, thanks!
  4. To select Gaming as a whole just click Add to Favorites and click Gaming. To add a Games Console select Gaming from the tab there and scroll down until you see Games Console
  5. How are you prioritizing? Are you prioritizing gaming as a whole, game console or Call of Duty? Try with each and see if you notice any difference between them.
  6. Hi all, I've added all 3 of you to the beta, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/145-nighthawk-pro-gaming-beta/ Enjoy!
  7. Have you tried this? It seems to have worked for another user having issues with that specific server.
  8. Added, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  9. It's only just hit Early Access so if you signup here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ you'll be able to try it.
  10. Sorry to hear you're having issues. Could you explain what you mean by it moving to a crawl? That error usually occurs when you delete a device from the Device Manager when you still have it added to a feature like the Geo-Filter or Traffic Prioritization for example. If you delete it from these places first before deleting the device on the Device Manager it will prevent the issue happening. Instead of factory resetting to resolve it if you connect the device back to the router in the same way as it was connected previously e.g. 2.4GHz/5GHz or ethernet and give it the same device name and device type that will stop the error appearing. It might be best for you to re-install the firmware so it's a completely fresh installation, possible that it didn't upload correctly. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and it should also happen less.
  11. Okay so with it setup like that now is the XR applying QoS to upload correctly?
  12. In that case I can put it through as a bug but if it wasn't intended behavior then it's unlikely to be resolved as fast, I'll keep you posted.
  13. Is the modem handling PPPoE, i.e. the modem has the PPPoE details so the R2 doesn't have to have them input for internet
  14. If you can get the modem to handle PPPoE and disable IPv6 then QoS upload will work, it's something we're working on but in the meantime that would be the workaround
  15. Is it showing with a white circle around it?
  16. Are you using IPv6 or PPPoE by any chance? If so, if you disable IPv6 does the upload work correctly then?
  17. Thank you for the kind words, much appreciated, have a great weekend!
  18. That's great to hear, some weird behavior on the game then!
  19. Two others were having a weirdly similar issue actually with that Hong Kong server, could you try this and see if that prevents it happening again? Make sure to set Ping Assist to 0.
  20. Hello, welcome to the forum! No I don't think so, it's just a VPN client, so user/pass and the VPN config are the only options you can configure + DNS. I can add it to our list as something to potentially implement in the future.
  21. I've added you! It can be found here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/145-nighthawk-pro-gaming-beta/ There isn't a beta for the XR1000 currently.
