Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Did this happen when loading the page or entering something? What were the exact steps you took before that appeared? -
Found mislocated servers? Let us know here!
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Call of Duty Support
Lo siento, de hecho les hice saber anoche que muchos servidores todavía están mal ubicados, dijeron que lo harían hoy. -
What do you see when you try to load a browser window? Could you provide a screenshot? Are any other devices having the same issues?

Welcome R2 owners! We want your feedback!
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Netduma R2 Support
The fact you have seen it link up higher than what you're currently seeing does indicate its software rather than hardware so we will be seeking to keep that more consistent. That is the currently available channels yes, we've got some tickets open regarding channels so we will also have more available to choose from in later updates. -

I don't think it is the hardware at all, although of course it's not the bleeding edge but that shouldn't make a difference. We believe we can improve the WiFi significantly but it's actually very tricky to do which is why it is taking some time. Some has suggested a temp graph before so it's on our roadmap. 2.4GHz use 20MHz, 5GHz use 80MHz and use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channels and that should improve it somewhat. -
You have to install it from the interface, there are installation instructions at the bottom of the first post.

ANNOUNCEMENT: DUMAOS 3.0 IS HERE
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Luke's topic in News & Announcements
That is great to hear, thank you for the update! -
It is transmitting and receiving packets so quite odd you're not seeing internet. I've just seen you're on an old version, upgrade to https://forum.netduma.com/topic/33236-announcement-new-r2-firmware-30179/?do=getNewComment then do a factory reset and double check the G hub gives you the same IP for the R2 then enter those details into static again and see if it works please

Great! Do any other devices get internet at all? In the R2 System Information page does the R2 show it as connected?

Geo Filter not working for Destiny 2 Pc
Netduma Fraser replied to Glitch x2's topic in Netduma R2 Support
The profiles get out of date so we need to update them. Delete it from the Geo-Filter and then go to Device Manager, give the device PlayStation device type, then re-add to the Geo-Filter using the manual option. -
Ah I think you looked at the G hub WAN address, not the LAN IP. What is the LAN IP of the G hub? I'm assuming it is 192.168.86.1 by the looks of that, so enter that into the gateway section on the R2 so static would look like this: IP - 192.168.86.62 Subnet - 255.255.255.0 Gateway - 192.168.86.1 try that and see if that works. I removed the Ghub IP as its your public IP

Why is my upload higher than my download packets???
Netduma Fraser replied to Dyson350's topic in Call of Duty Support
We don't usually recommend people use Advanced Ports, which is why we have Classified Games or the services, ports are more for people who want to experiment. You could try using the Game Console service instead and see if it is more even in what it prioritizes. Even if upload is slightly higher that should be fine, what you had previously was very lopsided. -

Netduma Fraser replied to Dyson350's topic in Call of Duty Support
I think upload should be on par if not slightly higher as you're uploading your actions, others think differently. There is a big discussion on what ports to use here, so give some of them a try and see what works best for you https://forum.netduma.com/topic/30110-how-to-get-better-hit-detection/?tab=comments#comment-233663 -
XR1000 | Open NAT Type on Multiple Consoles?
Netduma Fraser replied to P4UL's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Thank you! NAT Type 2 does indicate each has an open NAT so does sound like the Geo-Filter is potentially causing the moderate reading - doesn't mean it is moderate just that it's blocking the server they use to determine the NAT status - you wouldn't have any NAT issues. For party chat issues, when you have them do you see anything being blocked on the Geo-Filter? Usually with party chat issues you need to allow any friends on the Geo-Filter so they don't get blocked. -

Netduma Fraser replied to Dyson350's topic in Call of Duty Support
You're prioritizing loads of ports that aren't need that is why, you're also not prioritizing TCP which the game uses. I'd recommend you narrow down on the ports and then you should notice they're more equal. -
XR1000 | Open NAT Type on Multiple Consoles?
Netduma Fraser replied to P4UL's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Have you tried changing the NAT option to Open to see if it does work? What is your exact physical setup? If UPnP doesn't help then usually you would need to port forward 3074, 3075, 3076, 1 for each console. -
What is the IP the hub has given the R2 and what is the Google hub gateway IP? - You're safe to share these details as they are local addresses.
-
Okay great so on the R2 go to Network Settings, WAN, Network and switch to static. Enter the IP as appears there, subnet 255.255.255.0 and gateway as the IP you use to access the Google hub, apply and then you may need to reboot but you should get internet after that.
-
What is the exact modem/router model you have? Are you able to connect to its interface at all? If so does the R2 show as a connected device?

Welcome R2 owners! We want your feedback!
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Netduma R2 Support
In System Information in the Rapp panel options change the number of retries to 5 then reboot the router and see if it goes for longer without that happening. -
Hit retry first, then if it doesn't work click WAN Setup then skip and complete the wizard. Once you are through go to Network Settings > WAN > Network and click apply on the DHCP page, do you get internet then?
-
Is your PC connected to both ethernet or the R2 & the WiFi? If so disconnect one or the other then try accessing please.
-
Will it let you access if you use this URL instead? http://192.168.77.1/desktop/setup.html?cache=0
-
Okay clear your browser cache/cookies or use an Incognito window then try please
-
You need to access the interface first: http://192.168.77.1 or http://dumaos to complete the setup wizard and then that will allow you to get internet.
