Are you seeing any servers on the map at all or just specifically those servers not appearing?

There isn't much else I can advise, reboots, resets and re-upgrading are really the only options and waiting at least 5 minutes after each one has been done should eventually allow you to gain access. Try a few more times, if not may be best to go back to the public version for now.

If you've not rebooted from the interface since setting up and then pull the power that will happen so next time when you've set it up give it a reboot from the interface and wait a few minutes before accessing. That will act as a hard save so if/when you next unplug it settings should be saved.

If you disable QoS completely from the Congestion Control panel menu ≡ what speeds do you get then? Are ALL devices connected to the XR or are some connected to your ISP modem/router?

I believe it's in the testing phase at the moment so I think the 1000 will release first then the 450

As above if you can grab some captures for us that will allow us to add it more easily as we don't generally test mobile games too often
