  1. Okay if you just leave it disabled does it still happen?
  2. On the web interface it's known as Auto Setup on the Congestion Control panel. A new app update will be out soon that should be more stable.
  3. That looks fine, what game is it you're trying to play? What device/web browser are you using to access?
  4. Yes that's correct, I've given you Early Access so upgrade to that, do the same DHCP steps and see if it's more stable then: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  5. As long as it is added like this: It will be applying to the entire device. If you're using popular VPN providers those servers will be targeted for a ban over smaller less known providers.
  6. I'll chase it and see if we can get it added
  7. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll add it to our list.
  8. Good advice above as I haven't come across this game yet. What is your radius set to though? The screenshot above would indicate the server is outside your radius.
  9. Hello, welcome to the forum! I can't see why it wouldn't work, I believe people have used mesh with it in the past successfully. We don't have any specific recommendations though.
  10. Ahh glad to hear that. We'll need to update the cloud for Infinite, thanks for bringing it to our attention, we'll get that sorted.
  11. I think Alex resolved this in the newest DPI update Thanks for that, as above we'll need at least one more capture
  12. Check back tomorrow... 😉
  13. Check back tomorrow... 😉
  14. Do you know what firmware version you're on currently? It may be worth applying for Early Access as that may be more stable for you: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ In the meantime, in LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  15. Thanks for the update, keep us posted!
  16. There will be an app update shortly, whether or not that fixes your issue or not I couldn't say. The dev will need to take a look at the logs, determine the cause, write a fix, test the fix etc.
  17. Great thank you, I'll pass it on to the dev.
  18. It may be it's gone back to the Setup Wizard, if you access does that appear and if so once complete do you have internet again?
  19. That's our recommended starting point but it won't necessarily work for everyone. It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control (set to Always), say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.
  20. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  21. Hello, welcome to the forum! Could you make a new topic for your issue please and we can help you there.
  22. In Settings > WiFi on the router interface
  23. That amount of jitter is really imperceptible so that's fine. Try Gaming instead as a favorite and see if that improves your performance at all. How much have you changed the sliders by?
  24. Did you perform a factory reset after installing the update? Could you grab the log when it next happens please?
