Experiment with your Congestion Control percentages and you should be able to reduce those figures significantly

Getting F Grade on Waveform / Bufferbloat Test?
Netduma Fraser replied to thisisreallife's topic in Netduma R2 Support
@AZX To my knowledge we have never tested the QoS offerings on Windows and their effect. I'm not sure it would be worth it to be honest, QoS on the router works on the network level for all of your devices, whereas the Windows QoS of course only works for that singular device, as long as QoS is optimized for the entire network for us that is the main thing. It may be worth it for people to experiment with but as long as QoS on the router is enabled bufferbloat won't occur. -
It's most likely due to PPPoE, do you have another router you could use to handle PPPoE instead of the R2 then test the speeds you get?
-
What is your physical setup e.g. ISP modem/router > R2? Are ALL devices connected to the R2? Where are you testing speeds on Connection Benchmark or a 3rd party site? Have you entered your expected speeds in Bandwidth settings?
-
You wouldn't be able to manually ping the IP even if you had it as they don't respond to traditional pings
-
Did you disable SmartQoS by any chance as we do know of a bug where doing so does prevent access. If you access the Smart QoS interface then re-enable it you should regain access, does that work? If so does that then allow the other devices to get internet again?

Pretty much every CoD game has used the same server locations for as long as we can remember so yes you can ping MW2 and the servers should be in the same place for MW19. If not do let us know!

¿Podría volver a tomar el registro cuando se desconecte, por favor? ¿Dónde estás midiendo la pérdida de paquetes?

It's misclassified as a peer, you can still add it to the allow list if you like
-
No there are no options for that specifically, I believe they removed that some time ago from the XR range

QoS and WiFI
Netduma Fraser replied to fletcherjames1's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Okay that'll be due to PPPoE then, it's something we're working on fixing at the moment -
Si tiene todos los dispositivos agregados allí, deshabilite el servidor DHCP por completo, aplique, reinicie desde la interfaz y vea si eso lo soluciona, por favor

Do keep us updated, hopefully it will just be that and all good at the new place.

Getting F Grade on Waveform / Bufferbloat Test?
Netduma Fraser replied to thisisreallife's topic in Netduma R2 Support
You can also use some of the other features on the mobile view but yes you could do that. I'd generally recommend the latest which is .615 -
As you did see some instability in speeds directly connected to the modem as well it doesn't sound like a router specific issue. So it's either some issue with the ISP or most likely given that your phone seems to get great speeds consistently would be an issue with the PC you're using to test.
-
When you say modem do you mean the XR1000 or your ISP modem router?

Getting F Grade on Waveform / Bufferbloat Test?
Netduma Fraser replied to thisisreallife's topic in Netduma R2 Support
It definitely couldn't hurt, we did make some changes in the beta that should allow it to get better results on those 3rd party tests. You can only use the QoS on the mobile view for the moment but everything else is available through the desktop view. -
Getting F Grade on Waveform / Bufferbloat Test?
Netduma Fraser replied to thisisreallife's topic in Netduma R2 Support
With QoS enabled bufferbloat can't happen so that 600ms upload would never happen. The QoS on the router can mess with 3rd party tests like that so best to use Benchmark or do a manual test using Wireshark to optimize QoS as much as possible. -
QoS and WiFI

Are you using PPPoE/VLAN or IPv6 at all? Have you got a custom Traffic Prioritization rule enabled?
