  1. I'm assuming this is with a DumaOS router out of the equation? You're literally plugging directly into the ONT? Do you know if you have FTTC or FTTP fibre? I would assume based on what you said it's Fibre To The Cabinet as that would be where both connections would share a connection point. If that's the case then the only reason I could gather that it would be better when you have a power cut is that other people are also having a power cut and so when it comes back up less people in your area are using the internet which would make sense why you simulating power loss wouldn't work. Have you tried playing during non peak times? That would give you a good indication of whether you're experiencing peak time/ISP congestion.
  2. That should be fine then, upgrade to the latest R2 beta and see if it is any better after that. What settings are you using for SmartQoS?
  3. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how do you have that setup, in modem/bridge mode or with the XR in its DMZ?
  4. It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.
  5. What is the stability of the ping like on the Geo-Filter and the game, does it stay around that ping or does it fluctuate wildly?
  6. If you disable Auto Ping and ping the game manually by clicking on the biggest icon on the map when you're in a game does the ping show correctly?
  7. Ah okay, the ones appearing offline/LAN are they the ones connected via Guest WiFi?
  8. Where abouts are you located? Is that the closest server to you?
  9. It really just comes down to timing, you have to be pretty on it, it can take a few tries to get it right
  10. Hello, welcome to the forum! Do you have some devices connected to a WiFi extender/AP by any chance? For one of the offline devices, have a look on the Device Manager then use the device, do a speedtest, watch a video etc, does it switch over to online?
  11. ¿Podría intentar reinstalar el firmware por si algo salió mal en la carga y ver si vuelve a suceder?
  12. If you have a look on a PC and go to https://test-ipv6.com/ when that next happens is it still detected?
  13. Okay thanks, we'll pass it onto NG
  14. Are you on OpenWRT at the moment as that doesn't look like a DumaOS log
  15. Do you still have any devices connected to the ISP modem?
  16. Okay that's normal behavior then
  17. Okay so before your Geo-Filter radius/polygon would have been excluding it, is that right? There will be a new update soon so that should be better
  18. I mean a bug as in, given with the 700 it is possible you can reach higher than 1000Mbps and you're not able to adjust the max speeds above this
  19. ¿Tienes diferentes cables ethernet con los que puedas probar?
  20. How have you got your ISP modem setup? Is it in modem/router mode? Is the R2 in its DMZ? Are there still devices connected to it?
  21. I'd suggest reupgrading the firmware using the TFTP method, this bypasses the boot process and any issues there then once done do a factory reset for the freshest install possible: https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-TFTP-from-the-Microsoft-Windows-Command-Prompt?article=000059634
  22. Was this a config from the same firmware? If so we'll have to pass that onto Netgear to have a look at
  23. Stopped working in what sense? You would need to restart the game before that can then be connected to again
  24. I will make a ticket for that as I would consider it a bug really. That's great news, input 1000/1000 manually for your speeds though and double check on speedtest.net
