Overwatch 2 Server Possible Mislocation (Oklahoma)
Netduma Fraser replied to PharmDawgg's topic in Netduma R3 Support
I believe it's across any game where there are servers in Oklahoma, not entirely sure what the issue is but yes when the cloud goes out that should help if it's that issue -
Proxy NETDUMA R2
Netduma Fraser replied to Andre993's topic in Feature Ideas & Improvements for DumaOS
Understood, I don't think we're planning anything like that but I can add it to the list -
Fair enough, thanks for the update!

Have you run it again since all this activity started?

Issues with ping not staying within state

Do try with Steady Ping disabled and also use the Simple method instead of custom for filtering and see if that helps -
Issues with ping not staying within state

We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced. -
30 is absolutely plenty - gaming only uses around 1Mbps at most - you could set it to Auto so it only applies when you're gaming

Duma OS wouldn't open, reboot R3 to fix problems.
Netduma Fraser replied to COD WARFARE's topic in Netduma R3 Support
I've sent you a PM, could you see if that helps please? -
70% is our recommended starting point, see how that is for you and then adjust from there
-
Yes as it won't be anything caused by the router itself

Geo Filter für Warzone funktioniert nicht
Netduma Fraser replied to Oskar Markus's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better. -
Doesn't look like it's trying to search at all, if you restart the search when that happens does the same thing happen?

Overwatch 2 Server Possible Mislocation (Oklahoma)
Netduma Fraser replied to PharmDawgg's topic in Netduma R3 Support
I think we're aware of an issue surrounding Oklahoma servers so we'll push out a cloud for that soon -
Try with Congestion Control set to Always and the download/upload percentages at 70% each
-
Could you grab the logs from the router when you notice the disconnect please?
-
As above, should be resolved in the next version!
-
Congestion Control for Upload should definitely be lowered - I think that will help you. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. For consoles it is normal that is adds that way. You are on an older version, this is the latest: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/

Xr1000 slow interface
Netduma Fraser replied to WESTC0AST's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
For the iPhones, disable the Random/Private MAC addresses option on the phones for the WiFi network and see if that works in future. An update is coming to the app which should allow the router to connect. -
It's quite hard to read the ping on the bottom graph but your connection inherently is not stable so that will be part of the issue - it'll only ever be as good as it is idle. As I can't read the ping readings properly, just going off the line it does look somewhat comparable but see if with experimenting with the Congestion Control percentages you can get it closer to the first picture.

None yet but we'll get it added as soon as we can
