  1. Settings won't always translate from person to person as all connections are different. What is the ping shown on the Geo-Filter and in game? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode How have you setup Congestion Control/SmartBOOST/Geo-Filter?
  2. I can't reproduce this so I think it is fixed in the next firmware. Just to check though, is your browser properly saving cookies?
  3. Okay so there is likely 1 panel on the dashboard causing the error, if you unpin them all and then re-pin them that should resolve it.

  12. If you reboot the router from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing does that prevent the error from coming back?

  21. It'll definitely be in the next firmware, unfortunately I don't have an ETA for you. Where is it you're located?
  22. You can't influence who joins your games, you can only determine what servers you connect to and they should be within your radius - is that happening?
  23. It has been requested before, I'm not sure to be honest if it's something we'd do or not as we'd have to partner with another company. I'll make sure it's on our list to look at though.
  24. What web browser/device are you accessing with? Does the browser have an Adblocker active? Are you connecting to the interface via HTTP or HTTPS? What firmware version are you on currently?
  25. It doesn't have a bridge mode but it does have an AP mode. You can then connect that behind the R3 (to one of the LAN ports) and all devices will appear on the R3 as though they are directly connected to it
