  1. I can't provide access to something we don't have, it will come. What is the issue you're seeing exactly?
  2. Have you completed the Setup Wizard now? If so, reboot your modem, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes then check
  3. Restricting bandwidth per device wouldn't necessarily resolve bufferbloat, Congestion Control on the whole will do that. You can currently reserve bandwidth for devices but I don't know if there will be a limiter coming.
  4. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  5. Exactly as above, use it manually for the moment
  6. We're waiting for a build from NG at the moment and looking into the app issue
  7. Doesn't really work as a collaboration, they have enterprise services that would allow us to do that, it's just very expensive
  8. We're still working on fixes so it'll keep being improved, probably some improvements to it in the next one
  9. Authentication of the WiFi credentials or interface credentials? Default username/password is admin & password if you changed it during the setup you may need to then login again with those new credentials
  10. No same subnet, so it would work but if you require the AP anyway then better to keep it like that, I am pretty sure it is the issue we're aware of. Connect the TV to 2.4 or 5GHz and phone to the other and it should work
  11. It's for the reasons above
  12. Thanks, I'm just checking in with Alex now
  13. Okay so please try this, you can use this method if you want to so you don't need to enable the AP but it's more so that I can confirm the issue is the same one we're looking into. If you enable guest WiFi and put the speakers on that and then have your phone on the main WiFi can you control them then?
  14. Can you provide more information about why you're unable to complete the wizard through the app?
  15. We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
  16. Have you connected the R3 via ethernet to your existing vodafone router? Have you accessed the R3 interface in your web browser or DumaOS mobile app and completed the Setup Wizard? You will need to do this before you can get internet.
  17. Do all four speakers have to connect via the same WiFi SSID or do you connect them individually?
  18. Do experiment with the 5GHz width and channel as well as that should improve it
  19. Use speedtest.net on a wired PC and see what you get as the in built test depending on the servers it uses will show lower than normal and console speedtests even say themselves they're estimates
  20. I can certainly request that!
  21. Someone posted a potential solution to this while we look into it, please see if this helps: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/54072-router-stops-working-no-access-to-r3/?do=findComment&comment=400311
  22. Okay well that's probably why then, it lowers Congestion Control to eliminate lag. You can adjust this in Ping Optimizer > Advanced if you re-enable SmartBOOST
  23. Okay thank you, I'll pass it on to Alex
  24. It's likely due to PPPoE that you're not seeing higher speeds, disable QoS fully and that may give you higher speeds
  25. What is the exact physical setup internet > ISP modem > XR? What is the IP you use to access the modem?
