Doesn't look like it's trying to search at all, if you restart the search when that happens does the same thing happen?

Overwatch 2 Server Possible Mislocation (Oklahoma)
Netduma Fraser replied to PharmDawgg's topic in Netduma R3 Support
I think we're aware of an issue surrounding Oklahoma servers so we'll push out a cloud for that soon -
Try with Congestion Control set to Always and the download/upload percentages at 70% each
-
Could you grab the logs from the router when you notice the disconnect please?
-
As above, should be resolved in the next version!
-
Congestion Control for Upload should definitely be lowered - I think that will help you. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. For consoles it is normal that is adds that way. You are on an older version, this is the latest: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/

Xr1000 slow interface
Netduma Fraser replied to WESTC0AST's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
For the iPhones, disable the Random/Private MAC addresses option on the phones for the WiFi network and see if that works in future. An update is coming to the app which should allow the router to connect. -
It's quite hard to read the ping on the bottom graph but your connection inherently is not stable so that will be part of the issue - it'll only ever be as good as it is idle. As I can't read the ping readings properly, just going off the line it does look somewhat comparable but see if with experimenting with the Congestion Control percentages you can get it closer to the first picture.

Issues with ping not staying within state

None yet but we'll get it added as soon as we can

Could you provide more info on the destination/source of them?
-
Great to hear that fixed it for you!

Proxy NETDUMA R2
Netduma Fraser replied to Andre993's topic in Feature Ideas & Improvements for DumaOS
Could you clarify what you mean/what your use case is? -
When it happens and you access it for the first time are you prompted to go through the setup wizard? Netduma Limited Do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with?
-
Glad to hear you got it sorted in the end!
-
Thank you for that, I believe we've fixed that in the next firmware (at least we're unable to reproduce it now)
-
The latency shown in the console network settings will be to an authentication server, as you have seen it doesn't have an impact on your actual game ping. What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R2? E.g. R2 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R2? How have you setup Congestion Control and the Geo-Filter?

Fraggle Dos Attack
Netduma Fraser replied to BSilverthorn's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
These are common on the XR range, they're just showing normal connections so you can completely ignore them -
I'll chase the team on this, thanks for the reminder

QoS and WiFI
Netduma Fraser replied to fletcherjames1's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
We are trying to verify this currently -
Exactly as above

DumaOS is not running! XR450
Netduma Fraser replied to raze42's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Try the beta as it should be much better on that version -
IPv6 LAN just means the router gives them local private IPv6 addresses, like the router does for IPv4 192.168.77.23 for example
