  1. Try as above setting the static IP on the console itself. Outside of that we'll be getting the issue resolved.
  2. Are you accessing the interface using HTTPS by any chance? That could be the Adblocker on the router, if you disable that does it then load correctly?
  3. Which router and firmware version are you on? How do you have Congestion Control/Prioritizing traffic set?
  4. Check the ping on the Geo-Filter page when that happens, do you notice it spike up massively? Does the game have an in game ping reading you can enable?
  5. Do you see anything on the map being blocked when that happens at all? How do you have the Geo-Filter setup?
  6. Are you playing the same game? Are you playing together or separately?
  7. Do you see IPv6 on other devices connected to the R3?
  8. So the IP in WAN Settings on the R3 will be the IP you want to use on the fritz. You won't get a double NAT doing this so all good! You're English is good!
  9. Okay thanks, I'll see if the team can gather anything from the logs
  10. You would use DHCP
  11. Did you happen to notice whether it was still constantly prioritizing traffic on the device when not being used at all?
  12. You would need to have your ISP modem/router handle PPPoE, then the R3 connected to it can then get closer to your expected speeds using DHCP
  13. If you have the Fritz handle PPPoE and use the port sharing option (Open this device completely for internet sharing via IPv4 (exposed host)) then you'll be able to get full speeds through the R3
  14. Were you hosting a game with friends or the party leader? There was multiple IP addresses attempting connections with you in the same second. Were you playing the entire 7 hours?
  15. Is this with the beta firmware? https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51902-new-xr450-beta-firmware-33535/
  16. Other than the above you may not get full speeds using PPPoE currently but if we can boost it we will
  17. That's fine, if the R3 is in the DMZ then it should receive IPv6, if not we are working to improve it - you could then disable it if it's not working for you
  18. Yes the R3 should be in the DMZ on the Hub and that should prevent anything on the firewall interacting with the R3
  19. I'm chasing the team but I won't be able to provide an ETA, maybe a rough estimate
  20. We don't have an ETA but we believe we may identified the cause so shouldn't be too much longer
  21. Looks like the console was on and active for about 7 hours is that right? Were you watching twitch on it as well?
  22. Let us know if the static/reserved IP helps!
  23. Without the R3 handling all devices it won't be able to use QoS effectively so really the way you're going to use it the main thing you'll be using on the R3 is the Geo-Filter so other than the DMZ I mentioned before you don't need to change anything else
  24. Great to hear, thanks for the update!
  25. No I don't give out/have an ETA
