  1. Without the R3 handling all devices it won't be able to use QoS effectively so really the way you're going to use it the main thing you'll be using on the R3 is the Geo-Filter so other than the DMZ I mentioned before you don't need to change anything else
  2. Great to hear, thanks for the update!
  3. No I don't give out/have an ETA
  4. As well as the above try the simple mode instead of polygon. You're also on an older firmware, latest is here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/
  5. Setup is simple, you'd need to connect it via ethernet to your existing modem/router. It doesn't have a specific extender mode but you could use it in that way but it would be better to have it control the whole network to work effectively. It is a support forum so you will only see issues here, keep that in mind and if cost is a factor for you then it's probable that the longer you wait the more likely it is for the launch discount to have been removed by then.
  6. Has the error re-appeared since whitelisting the interface?
  7. Looks like the server there is blocked as expected so won't be the game server. Are you in a game on this screenshot?
  8. Exactly as above! If you can't find a setting it usually means you'll have to scroll down
  9. Good catch on that, I'll relay it to the team, hopefully the update mentioned above will help though!
  10. So this error, just to clarify, are you seeing it on the PC or on the tablet? What web browser are you using on both and are either using a browser based Adblocker?
  11. It's normal in the sense that that firmware does have the high CPU issue
  12. We can certainly look into that as well!
  13. Okay so ALL devices should be connected to the R3 ideally if the QoS is to be as effective as possible so that may be part of it. How do you have Congestion Control setup? You could be getting lag compensated, in which case forcing those servers with a higher ping should help even the playing field. Does the ISP modem/router have a bridge/modem mode at all?
  14. Presumably you haven't changed much on the router either since getting it? Do the devices show they're getting an IP address from the router?
  15. It's a visual bug at the moment but as long as you can see servers on the map it's working as expected
  16. Could you make a new topic please and we'll help you there. So that's its WAN IP then? What device is using port 3074, if you're not sure check UPnP
  17. Check the above two comments and see if that helps at all. I get what you're saying that it's only happening when using the router but there isn't anything the router would/could be doing to make this behavior happen. When it happens check the IPs the devices are trying to use, is it still an IP from the R3?
  18. I just responded to your other topic but you can't affect where other players connect to, just the server you want to connect to. Try forcing servers slightly further away even if they give a little higher ping as they may be more stable and provide a better experience.
  19. I thought you wanted to force servers within your radius though? If so then you need to have Ping Assist on 0. It'll be what Fuzy mentions above
  20. What device is 192.168.50.227? It's using port 3074 and is flooding the logs so wouldn't be surprised if whatever that device is is causing the issue
  21. What device are you experiencing this issue on? If PC try the above and let us know if that helps.
  22. Thanks for the requests, I will pass them on!
  23. How do you have your Congestion Control setup? You can only force the server you connect to, you can't impact other players and where they connect to. Just like you could force a EU server even though you're in the UK, someone from the EU can also join a UK server. It's the connection to the server that matters so you'll have the advantage. As in you're not seeing a server on the Geo-Filter map or it showing you a ping?
  24. As above have you made any manual network settings specifically on those devices? Can you see the devices on the router Device Manager?
