  1. Could you grab the logs from the router when you notice the disconnect please?
  2. As above, should be resolved in the next version!
  3. Congestion Control for Upload should definitely be lowered - I think that will help you. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. For consoles it is normal that is adds that way. You are on an older version, this is the latest: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/
  4. For the iPhones, disable the Random/Private MAC addresses option on the phones for the WiFi network and see if that works in future. An update is coming to the app which should allow the router to connect.
  5. It's quite hard to read the ping on the bottom graph but your connection inherently is not stable so that will be part of the issue - it'll only ever be as good as it is idle. As I can't read the ping readings properly, just going off the line it does look somewhat comparable but see if with experimenting with the Congestion Control percentages you can get it closer to the first picture.

  7. None yet but we'll get it added as soon as we can
  8. Could you provide more info on the destination/source of them?
  9. Great to hear that fixed it for you!
  10. Could you clarify what you mean/what your use case is?
  11. When it happens and you access it for the first time are you prompted to go through the setup wizard? Netduma Limited Do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with?
  12. Glad to hear you got it sorted in the end!
  13. It's pretty much as above, with SmartBOOST it's trying to handle all of that for you, giving bandwidth to devices that need it when they need it and allocating it to other devices when they don't. This is also why when you do reserve bandwidth it's not a hard limit.
  14. Thank you for that, I believe we've fixed that in the next firmware (at least we're unable to reproduce it now)
  15. The latency shown in the console network settings will be to an authentication server, as you have seen it doesn't have an impact on your actual game ping. What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R2? E.g. R2 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R2? How have you setup Congestion Control and the Geo-Filter?
  16. These are common on the XR range, they're just showing normal connections so you can completely ignore them
  17. I'll chase the team on this, thanks for the reminder
  18. We are trying to verify this currently
  19. Exactly as above
  20. Try the beta as it should be much better on that version
  21. IPv6 LAN just means the router gives them local private IPv6 addresses, like the router does for IPv4 192.168.77.23 for example
  22. That test is simulating a busy network but it's not actually capable of making you have a busy network to accurately determine what the bufferbloat would be and we don't claim to be able to get you A+ on that specific test. The best thing to do is to actually make a busy network by doing downloads/streams etc while following this guide https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping then It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values. Your aim is to get the bottom ping graph when doing the downloads/streams to look like the ping graph when you're not downloading. That is an accurate test and a good reflection of how it would perform should your network be busy.
  23. As above it may be difficult/not possible but on the hub is there an option for IPv6 on LAN and if so, is that enabled?
  24. As above, trouble in what sense exactly?
