  1. If you do this test on a PC what do you see? https://test-ipv6.com
  2. When it continues searching do you see anything on the map at all?
  3. As I mentioned before, I really wouldn't get bogged down in a rating because you won't get bufferbloat with Congestion Control enabled anyway. The only way to ensure a good result is disable/remove any priorities, disable Speed Test Bypass and fine tune/trial/error the percentages until you get the best result
  4. Reboot the router and then it should all work correctly
  5. Zoom out fully on the map, are you seeing any other icons that could be the game server?
  6. You generally add the VLAN as it is required for an internet connection but as you have a connection without it you don't need it
  7. I was asleep at the time of your response. Disable LAN IPv6 on the R3 then try again please
  8. Shouldn't be too much longer but we're not giving any ETAs/rushing anything out
  9. It's like the R2, you use the Geo-Filter to force the servers - some servers are harder to force than others as they may not always be available/online
  10. Did forcing it on the PC ethernet adapter work?
  11. If you're having the interface open on both at the same time then potentially yes
  12. If it isn't shown in the domain name then you can't convert it to an IP. In most cases there is no reason to know this, especially as CoD servers don't respond to pings or traces so it'll just time out
  13. What firmware version are you on? What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R2? E.g. R2 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the R2? Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS and Geo-Filter pages please?
  14. Security update is done by NG, they don't consult with us on that and it's the only change so easy to do. It shouldn't be much longer now
  15. HybridVPN will be in the next update. We can't do better than the speed of light unfortunately so that's likely the best ping you'll see to that server which isn't too bad really
  16. If that's what feels best for you that's great! You are eliminating a hop so it does make sense to an extent
  17. Probably a reboot from the interface should do it. If it continues could you try Firefox or another browser and see if you see the same please?
  18. I doubt it'll come in the next version tbh
  19. Have you got the R3 in the DMZ on the Hub?
  20. You can find that in Ping Optimizer > Advanced, set it to Always, 70% for download & upload and see if it is better after that
  21. That is bizarre, are all the ethernet ports connected properly so you hear that satisfying click on each when you connect them?
  22. It seems like it's caused by a massive spike in ping so do keep an eye on that. How do you have Congestion Control set? You'll need that setup properly as well to prevent it
  23. I think you're referring to Bandwidth Allocation but what about Congestion Control and Traffic Prioritization? What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  24. Just to clarify, could it be any of the ports or is it always one in particular? If you wait 10 minutes after a reboot before you run any speedtests do they report correctly then?
