  1. Check the IP on your device with the IP shown for the device you think it is on the router Device Manager, do they match?
  2. They should be able to get the client ID sorted for the next firmware. PPPoE speed will take awhile but I've seen people get quite high with PPPoE still
  3. When it next happens, even if you can't access the interface via a PC, go to http://192.168.77.1/cgi-bin/logs.txt on the PC and you should be able to get the logs from there
  4. That all looks fine from what I can see, can you grab the logs from the System Information page when it happens again please and I can take a look
  5. No that wouldn't affect anything - if you put the Xbox in the DMZ on the R3 do you get open then?
  6. I don't know what the specific authentication server IP addresses are - knowing the IPs wouldn't help with filtering Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if you're able to see servers
  7. You can't do anything currently, the dev team have to look into it, I will ask them to do so and if they identify an issue they'll have to implement a fix. It won't be a quick solution. Either leave the feature enabled so it has the chance to stabilize or disable it for the moment.
  8. Have you connected direct to your modem to see if you're getting the same issue? How have you setup SmartBOOST/Congestion Control?
  9. It's not a case of me downloading the game and checking, Steady Ping is an on or off feature, there aren't any settings that can be tweaked to make it work, it will require the dev team to take a look.
  10. Can you provide a screenshot of the IPv6 page, how you have that setup please? The hotfix just had security updates in so surprising it would cause an issue like that
  11. Is it just devices connected to the XR that get disconnected or devices directly connected to the R3 as well?
  12. Ah that's great to hear! Thanks for the update!
  13. What do you mean by a health ping exactly?
  14. I'll get the team to re-test Siege just in case something weird did happen there. xdefiant may require dev input if we can't get it working normally so might not be a quick thing unfortunately.
  15. You're not using QoS (apart from Traffic Prio) or the Geo-Filter so that will explain it. Have a look at our optimal settings guides here https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/folders/16000090646 and that will help
  16. IPv6 isn't a setting we've made/control so it'll be hard for us to answer this one - break in what sense?
  17. You don't have to use a specific DNS, cloudflare would be good for example: 2606:4700:4700::1111 2606:4700:4700::1001
  18. Do the steps I mentioned above and that will work
  19. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR? Can you provide a screenshot of the QoS and Geo-Filter page please? You're not receiving any packet loss (bottom graph is the one to focus on), hard to tell without the scale on the left but ping generally seems low, it does fluctuate but can't tell by how much and you do have a spike though its not huge so could be QoS needs to be fine tuned.
  20. On the IPv6 page there is an option to get the DNS servers from the ISP automatically, if that's not working then you can enter them manually. Once you've done that see if you get open.
  21. If you do the tests in the other topic I mentioned that'll help me determine what is happening
  22. Yes there has been for a little while now, I've given you access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
