  1. We don't give out any ETAs, the next update will have a lot of fixes that's why its taking longer. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
  2. As above, re-enable SmartBOOST and then you can adjust it
  3. It is actually fine, the bottom graph is the one you want to focus on, it's really stable and no red indicating no packet loss. All good in my opinion!
  4. The Geo-Filter shows connections that the game tries to make, if it's not showing then either the server is under load/not available at that time or perhaps they no longer have servers in that location
  5. Disabling any core network feature in settings can cause you to disconnect briefly but it should reconnect you, if not reboot and should work then
  6. I'd suggest reupgrading the firmware using the TFTP method, this bypasses the boot process and any issues there then once done do a factory reset for the freshest install possible: https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-TFTP-from-the-Microsoft-Windows-Command-Prompt?article=000059634
  7. I think maybe there is a misconception here, just because you're the host doesn't mean you'll have a really low ping - you still need to connect to that person so your ping will be higher relative to their location
  8. I think maybe there is a misconception here, just because you're the host doesn't mean you'll have a really low ping - you still need to connect to that person so your ping will be higher relative to their location
  9. Are you seeing the ping spike in game or on the Geo-Filter or both?
  10. That's awesome, well done!
  11. Great to hear! As above, we are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
  12. Upgrade to this firmware https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/ then try again and it should be much better
  13. Upgrade to the latest here and then see if you still have the issue please: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/
  14. Give the router a reboot, wait 4 minutes and it should work then
  15. Settings > WAN > Advanced I believe
  16. We don't give out any ETAs but we've been working on it for a little while now so I doubt it'll be much longer
  17. If you just refresh the page does the interface work again?
  18. Thanks for that, we've done a lot of work for the next one on the initial startup / setup wizard phase so hopefully that will resolve it
  19. I don't have an ETA because we're still trying to nail down some issues but it will be in the next one for sure
  20. That'll be on the mobile app I think, it will be available in the next main firmware
  21. It depends how much your ping fluctuates on average. The simple mode adds around 8ms so if your ping fluctuates by more than that it's worth switching to expert
  22. Just put 20 in the VLAN option and save
  23. You can't guarantee that low a ping all the time. There are many variables to networking even outside your control. Honestly the ping you have is great, you can't really get better than that. If you're playing on the same servers then the ping shouldn't change. That just depends on whether you want it to ping automatically without you clicking on the server.
  24. You can disable IPv6 without issue that's fine, won't do much if you don't use IPv6
  25. That might be the best you can get on that test, do the same but with this test while downloading to simulate a busy network https://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping
