  1. Did you delete the device from the Device Manager at all or anything like that? Likely a factory reset would resolve quickly
  2. Very hard to say to be honest without knowing what they were blocking - also not something I could speculate on, Adblocker just blocks ads I don't know how individual devices may communicate with services like that
  3. If you disable filtering completely, do you get a game fast in that area or is the server very far away? If the latter do you ever get put on one in your area?
  4. 70% is our recommended starting point but isn't necessarily perfect for everyone, experiment with the percentages to see which works best for you
  5. Do you ever see the credentials box appearing? As you should only see the reset password if you click cancel on that credentials box
  6. It has been suggested before, I don't think the team are keen on the idea to be honest. The development is very fluid, we could say we're working on this now and then that may change and it would just bring further annoyance I feel if a particular users issue has been delayed.
  7. Great to hear that, thanks for the update
  8. Just to double check, if you go off the settings and click on your device on the Geo-Filter is filtering still enabled?
  9. Have you made any specific settings for these devices on the router?
  10. Give the router a reboot and see if the errors go. Is the VPN working now you've added the device on the right?
  11. Very likely Steady Ping as others have mentioned. In terms of can you get lower it really depends if there are other servers in your area that you ping lower to. You can check with Ping Heatmap
  12. Good advice above, if that is the case try putting the VM Hub into router mode and copy the WAN IP from the R3 WAN Settings page and put that in the DMZ function on the VM hub then check the speed from the R3 again. Also make sure you have entered your expected speeds on the router.
  13. The delay isn't all down to us, we're also verifying a fix for a long standing issue that is important to resolve before release
  14. We're going to get it as stable as possible on the R3 first, then we'll port it over to the R2. This will be the fastest way and more efficient while ensuring any big issues are resolved before porting.
  15. It will be yes, there will be a DPI update for it soon
  16. Very interesting, thank you for the update, never would have guessed that to be the cause!
  17. Scheduling reboots is something that has been requested before so it is on the list. Cloud sync is already automatic. Firmware updates I don't think we'll make it so it automatically updates but when one is ready the interface will show you and you can update it from there.
  18. I responded to your other topic, let's continue there.
  19. That's what the Congestion Control aspect is for, if you experiment with the percentages and test you should be able to find a value that works the best for you
  20. Adblocker is enabled by default if I remember correctly so best to double check. Click on your device on the Geo-Filter and then disable filtering then check
  21. You need to add your device on the right for the VPN to apply to Are you using a web browser Adblocker?
  22. Prioritize your console yes but then all you really need to do is adjust Congestion Control which will make sure YouTube doesn't cause you any issues
  23. If local congestion won't be an issue and you can't force any other low ping servers in your area I'm not sure how much it will help to be honest
  24. Okay fair enough, a new update won't be far off which will have more improvements/fixes so will be worth trying again when that is available
  25. I'll ask the devs to have a look at those entries to see if it indicates the issue
