  1. I think the updates are being rolled out to 50% of people today so you may notice a difference today or may take a little longer.
  2. Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please? Is it possible you've been Shadow banned?
  3. Good advice above, also try disabling Adblocker on the router, does it load then?
  4. Did the advice resolve your issue?
  5. Are you testing the speeds on the router itself or on speedtest.net for example? If the former you can ignore that, it uses different servers that you may not get good results to but if you put in your expected/correct speeds it won't limit you. If the latter and you have put your expected speeds in, in LAN Settings on the router what does it show for the link speed for the port the device is connected to? Try this for the Geo-Filter: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom for the radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.

  7. That's news to me! DumaOS 4 will be coming to the R2 so certainly not dead. There are no router wide connection problems I am currently aware of. What is the problem you're having exactly?

  9. Are you trying to access the interface using HTTPS? If so make sure to use HTTP. Also are you using a browser based Adblocker?
  10. What platform are you playing on? If you make a priority specifically for RL, does it show it prioritizing then?
  11. Might be DPI perhaps, if you disable SmartBOOST fully in settings does it work then?
  12. Exactly as above, if we had any more information on the traffic it wouldn't be unknown! If you can identify what it is and believe it should be classified let us know and we can look into it.
  13. As above that'll help you login on a PC. For the app, uninstall it then re-install it, does that allow you to login?

  16. Thank you for the suggestions, I will pass them onto the team! For #1 one though, it appears to resize for me based on the size of my browser window, could you provide a video of what you're seeing there?
  17. If you could answer the above that would be really helpful! Did you factory reset after the update? Also what are you doing on the network when you notice it being high?

You copy the contents of the file for the server you want (once they have provided them to you) in the config box, enter your login credentials in the relevant places and then connect.
