  1. Great to hear, thanks for the update!
  2. Thanks for the report, I'll make sure the team are aware it's still an issue
  3. Okay thanks for trying, just wanted to make sure we covered all the bases, the team will get it sorted
  4. Can you provide a screenshot of your full QoS page please? What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR?
  5. Yes on the router > Settings > Setup > LAN Setup
  6. If you put the ISP router in modem/bridge mode instead do you then get IPv6 through the R3?
  7. I've given you Early Access, try the firmware there and see if both improve https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  8. It depends if you're having any issues at all, if not then I'd suggest waiting for the public release, I've added you just in case.
  9. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Is IPv6 enabled in LAN & WAN on the R3? If so disable on LAN, does it work then? Do you get IPv6 directly connected to your modem?
  10. 15-22 is a really good ping still. Where are you located approximately and where are they located? How do you have your Geo-Filter setup and what game are you playing?
  11. In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects. If your issue is local congestion then yes disabling QoS could allow the issue to happen so would be best to enable it - it shouldn't limit you that much, set Congestion Control to 70%
  12. What's the issue you're having with it exactly?
  13. A full uncropped screenshot please that doesn't really give me any information for the issue
  14. As in it doesn't change colours, the RGB isn't on etc?
  15. Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please?
  16. The latest Early Access is .214 so I'd suggest upgrading to that but your Congestion Control settings need to be set lower, try 70% for download and upload and see if its any better.
  17. Not sure how the above did help but worth a try. We're still testing the game for compatibility, it appears they're using proxies/relays so it may not be as easy as CoD for example.
  18. In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  19. Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please? Only devs can remote access and that's for major bugs if needed not for troubleshooting
  20. I can't say for certain but I haven't seen anyone report it
  21. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  22. Double check the IP on the device when connected via ethernet then check for a device with the same IP on the Device Manager, rename it and add it to Geo as it may appear as something different than you're expecting.
  23. Most likely it's appearing as a different device on the router when connected via ethernet compared to WiFi due to the different MAC addresses which is normal. Double check the IP on the device when connected via ethernet then check for a device with the same IP on the Device Manager, rename it and add it to Geo.
