  1. Could you try with Chrome please to see if it works? Are you typing HTTPS before the IP address or routerlogin.net? Does it work after a reboot or a factory reset?
  2. How are you accessing the interface? - What browser? HTTP or HTTPS? Does it work after a reboot or a factory reset?
  3. I'm not sure what you mean by that exactly. How have you tried to update the firmware? You can check the version by going to the System Information page and checking the System Info panel or by clicking the 'i' symbol on the top right of the interface.
  4. What firmware are you on currently and how are you trying to download the firmware/upgrade?
  5. Click on the selector circle for the default VLAN tag then click edit. Then change VLAN ID to 0 which then means VLAN is not used for the group and apply. Then you should be able to make your own VLAN tags how you wish.
  6. You can upgrade to .6j first by going here: then if you already have the DumaOS file you can upgrade after that.
  7. Have you signed up here to get DumaOS? https://netduma.com/r1-dumaos/ If not then please do so first, if you have but you've not received the email then please post here:
  8. You should be able to edit the rule and turn it off for the individual ports/WiFi, does that not work?
  9. Could you disable IPv6 first please and then we'll be able to send it tomorrow. Please let us know once you've done this.
  10. It should stay on what you had it set as before the reboot, assuming the setting wasn't just changed before the reboot as may not have had time to apply in that setting.
  11. I'll let Alex respond to this properly tomorrow as he is working on the cloud. Appreciate the effort you've gone into! I don't think Alex did a cloud update on Friday but he'll be able to confirm. I know some of your screenshots are showing different things but for the mislocated ones could you use the form please? We've tried going off screenshots before and it adds a lot of time just trying to digest all the information and make it usable. I think it would also be best if you could zip up your photos in future as it makes the topic really long and hard to tell where you are when going down the pictures.
  12. Thanks for the info, we'll have to investigate. Alex will test this on his end.
  13. Okay so it may be a case of some servers taking much longer to ping. Thanks for the information, Alex is aware so while he's testing for the cloud he'll be able to have a look.
  14. So it does appear then it just takes ~5 minutes or so? That's quite odd, what is your NAT type?
  15. Have you tried it on a previous firmware since the game release to see if it is the same at all?
  16. Okay that is good to know. It may be getting caught by QoS, could you disable this completely from the Anti-Bufferbloat 3 line menu please and try again?
  17. It's possible that VLAN could be causing it but lets take a look at some other options first. Most WiFi issues I've seen are to do with smart connect being enabled as not all devices support it very well, especially older devices. Have you tried disabling smart connect and connecting directly to 2.4GHz?
  18. Hi h U e Y, the team will try to send the fix to your router most likely on Monday. Please look out for a response then.
  19. Hi Stuie, I've let the team know so they'll likely get back to you on Monday.
  20. The game will try and connect you to whatever server is available at the time and they probably have their own calculations on what server to put you on. As I mentioned that is how the game works and we can't work around that as they pick the server once you're loading in. All you can do is leave in spectating mode and then just keep leaving the lobby until you get into the server you want, I realise that's frustrating but there isn't much that can be done if you want that server every time.
  21. That definitely couldn't hurt. It's impossible to say, there could easily be 100's you're right. I don't think you need to specifically add them to the deny list because you'll still load in and block it anyway and get kicked back. I'd just keep it on spectating mode, see if you get the server you want and if not back out straight away, it is probably quicker than waiting to be kicked each time.
  22. It's worth mentioning that 'allowing' a server by adding it to the list does not guarantee you will get it every time. It simply means you will be able to connect to it despite whatever Geo-Filter settings you may have at the time (e.g. if it would normally be blocked by being outside the radius it would be allowed) but this does not mean you will get it all the time. The only thing you have control over when it comes to ping is the distance (done already) and local congestion. If you're not using QoS currently I would suggest you do so and this could potentially lower the ping if you had congestion. Most likely that when it shows as a low ping briefly that isn't the case and it's just establishing a connection. The way Fortnite works is it only searches for a server once you're already loading into that player running around lobby. If you block it at this stage you have to wait for it to kick you back. You essentially have to keep trying for a server until you get the one you want.
  23. It's a fix, so once it has been put on your router we'll comment back here and then you can proceed with manually upgrading the router yourself
  24. Hey, welcome to the forum! Could you please ensure you disable IPv6 so we can attempt a connection to your router next week?
  25. Joseph is the one who sends the fix, I will ask him for an update.
