  1. Okay great thanks, no that doesn't need to be connected. As long as the R2 is connected to the main network, has internet access and is accessible then that is all that is needed.

  7. Glad you're liking it so far @Vasil! Regarding heatmap I've let the dev responsible know and they should be able to push a cloud update through to fix it next week. I would recommend putting the R1 WAN IP found in System Information into the dd-wrt router DMZ and then you should be good to go.

  9. The router needs to be on and connected to the internet in order for us to access it. If you've been switching it off or it hasn't had internet or you've been posting through another network then that has been where the trouble is. I can't tell you exactly when it will be accessed by as I give the information to the dev and they access it when they can. Post on here tomorrow, after midday GMT while connected to the R2 when it has internet and leave the R2 connected all day please, then we should be able to access it.
  10. He didn't have time to check again before the end of office hours. I don't think it will work though. Is it possible for you to take the router to someone elses home and we can try to connect there?

  13. Sorry to hear you're having this issue. This is something we are investigating at the moment. It may help if you downgrade for the moment while we look into it.
  14. Cloud updates are something that will always have to be done as IPs change all the time. We've just launched our own router so we certainly haven't given up on ourselves. I've asked Alex to do an update so I'm hopeful he'll do it soon.

  21. Thanks for trying my PM, please reenable remote support and double check the DMZ is correct as the router IP may have changed. Let me know once you've done that please.

  24. Just checked it again based on your comment and couldn't access. Are you absolutely certain the R2 is in the DMZ of the Huawei and that you have remote support ticked in the R2 settings?
