  1. Make sure you've put the WAN IP from the System Information page into the upstream router DMZ and ensure remote support is enabled in the R2 settings as we can't access you.
  2. I've chased a dev and will try to make sure they get it done today.
  3. That is coming in DumaOS 3.0, you will be able to delete all offline devices. I realize it is a frustrating wait and I apologize for that. We are working as hard as we can to get it out as soon as possible.
  4. I've let a dev know already, they'll get that resolved within the next few days.
  5. They can't do it over the weekend so hopefully it will be Monday.
  6. Hey, welcome to the forum @cnc137! Thank you very much for the information!
  7. Nothing yet, it will be XR700 next then the XR300.
  8. I have chased him again, will do it as soon as he can.
  9. Hey, welcome to the forum! You now have access, enjoy!
  10. I'm just going off what I hear, I believe it is close to being in the testing stage and then beta release bar any caught issues.
  11. I have responded to your topic about this.
  12. Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. I would suggest using Spectating Mode for now and selecting the server on the game. I will chase Alex for an update on this.
  13. As above and it should be pretty soon!
  14. Should be looking at it tomorrow. Do you have an Open NAT?
  15. Just look up ip location online, lots of sites that will allow you to do so.
  16. Does the speed just fluctuate throughout the day so it never stays too low for long? I don't think you need to get the line checked as the average ping is quite stable, as above you need to find the best Congestion Control percentages to limit those spikes as much as possible.
  17. Please enable remote support in Settings, I've asked the dev to take a look tomorrow if possible and see if he can figure out the issue.
  18. You're seeing the decreases in speed on speedtest.net for example? In the Congestion Control 3 line menu on the QoS page disable QoS completely and then do speedtest.net, do you get the proper speeds then?
  19. Could you post here please: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/32246-24ghz-wireless-devices-losing-connection/ saying that you're having the same issue and also enable remote support in Settings. I've responded to your topic here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/33013-need-help-r2-resets-not-working/
  20. Se enviará lo antes posible el lunes, los servidores deberían estar en las mismas ubicaciones que los juegos anteriores, así que creo que uno en Brasil.
  21. Could you provide a screenshot of what it says please?
  22. I'll check with Alex as he was looking into this, it would be a cloud update though, not a firmware update.
  23. No not yet, they are very busy so it won't always be a reply within a day.
  24. There isn't really any need to port forward if UPnP is on already but yes you should be able to do that.
  25. It is probably because UPnP has opened already, disable UPnP and then try the port forward.
