  2. The router needs to be on and connected to the internet in order for us to access it. If you've been switching it off or it hasn't had internet or you've been posting through another network then that has been where the trouble is. I can't tell you exactly when it will be accessed by as I give the information to the dev and they access it when they can. Post on here tomorrow, after midday GMT while connected to the R2 when it has internet and leave the R2 connected all day please, then we should be able to access it.
  3. He didn't have time to check again before the end of office hours. I don't think it will work though. Is it possible for you to take the router to someone elses home and we can try to connect there?

  6. Sorry to hear you're having this issue. This is something we are investigating at the moment. It may help if you downgrade for the moment while we look into it.
  7. Cloud updates are something that will always have to be done as IPs change all the time. We've just launched our own router so we certainly haven't given up on ourselves. I've asked Alex to do an update so I'm hopeful he'll do it soon.

  12. I've stopped giving ETAs due to delays but I can't imagine it will be much longer

  14. Thanks for trying my PM, please reenable remote support and double check the DMZ is correct as the router IP may have changed. Let me know once you've done that please.

  17. Just checked it again based on your comment and couldn't access. Are you absolutely certain the R2 is in the DMZ of the Huawei and that you have remote support ticked in the R2 settings?
  18. As above, have you been commenting from a device connected to the R2 or from phone data?

  22. Your IP keeps changing which makes it hard to get access, I've let them know and will get back to you when I have info.
  23. It is AC WiFi on the R2, we're making some WiFi improvements at the moment so if that is really important to you then maybe best to wait for the public firmware release due soon before purchase.
