  1. It's more because those ports are required for all devices to work correctly online. Do you have another VPN provider you could try with or contact the provider to see if they block any specific ports? It seems more like the provider if the same process you use works for the other games but not this one.
  2. I would remove the 80 & 443 rules firstly, also what VPN are you using? Do you know if they block any ports? Are you using the Geo-Filter at all?
  3. We have got some IDs thanks to Eefo that we'll be updating the cloud with but if you could put in the ones you've added to the form as well that would be really helpful. I imagine if you ping them it will be lower than expected meaning they're mislocated. When we do the update that should resolve the issue.

  5. It will update automatically but if you want to manually do this then you can flush the cloud by clicking flush in the Geo-Filter Map 3 line option menu.
  6. We will fix the DNS leak, PPTP would likely come later though.
  7. No not yet, I'm not sure when it will be done, hopefully some time next week but we're in heavy testing mode at the moment for 3.0.

  9. You should be able to zoom in further than that and then they may be more viewable. Well the allow list is sort of like that, the whitelist we do just does it automatically so you don't have to do this yourself - only in circumstances where we haven't yet got the servers in the cloud.
  10. Try and zoom in as much as possible, they may be easier to differentiate then.
  11. If you can do the above and look at the map immediately as you're getting kicked then first allow them, you may have to do it a few times but then that should prevent you from being kicked. Then if you can get the IDs and put them in the form we can fix that.

  13. Fantastic, well done for capturing them! Would you be able to ping them and get the IDs? Then we can add them to our whitelist cloud so that it doesn't happen anymore.
  14. Are you completely zoomed out of the map? It may appear and disappear very quickly, you'd have to look as soon as the error appeared. There must be something even if it shows briefly as otherwise the Geo-Filter isn't blocking anything to cause that error.
  15. Do you see anything blocked at all when you try to play in Filtering Mode? If so allow it, does it work then?
  16. No it seems to have moved to the one you can see there. Okay understood, thanks for putting it in the form, we'll get that moved in the next cloud update.
  17. The first one is an authentication server so that is fine. For the second one that is mislocated as you've found so if you could put that in the form it would be really helpful. If you zoom out on the map do you see it elsewhere at all?

I'm surprised that it was exactly 70%. Are ALL devices connected to the router? That server is a US IP so that explains why the ping is high, is that the server you're connecting to? What ping are you getting to the game shown by the Geo-Filter? That is a lot of rules, I would just remove them, disable DumaOS Classified Games and add the PC with the game console service.
  20. Just checked the ID, it shows as Valve Corporation so that is a server, we have it misclassified.

  22. En mode Spectateur, il n'aurait pas été filtré du tout, mais en supposant que vous ayez conservé le serveur comme vous l'avez sélectionné dans le jeu, il n'y a pas de différence. Si vous avez de bons jeux en mode Spectation et que vous ne l'avez pas fait, cela ressemble plus à un problème de congestion local. - Spectating Mode it wouldn't have been filtering at all but assuming you kept the server the same that you selected on the game then there is no difference there. If you got good games in Spectating Mode and then you didn't then it sounds more like there is a local congestion issue.
  23. Vous ne pouvez pas conserver exactement le même hôte à la fin du jeu / serveur et vous ne pouvez pas continuer à partir de ce jeu. In theory you could literally block every single server even the other ones in this location but it would be an impossible task.
  24. I have just chased this with the team as I think this is something we can fix remotely for everyone without a firmware update. Just waiting to hear back from them to confirm that.
  25. There will be something being blocked on the Geo-Filter when that occurs, look at the Geo-Filter Map quickly and allow the icon that appears blocked and that should resolve it. Please also then let us know the ID so we can whitelist it in the cloud.
