  1. Are you blocking them while you’re connected? If so it won’t work that way as the connection needs to be severed before the allow/block will take an affect
  2. Use Spectating Mode and see what servers it gives you, are they in the UK? What's the ID of the server? Sometimes the domain name can be incorrect
  3. Please upgrade back to the latest DumaOS you can, setup remote support, DMZ all that stuff to ensure you're accessible then post back here on your connection within the next 1h30mins and the dev should be able to take a look
  4. Unplug the router for 10 minutes, plug it in, wait 2 minutes and then see if you are able to access it. Did you factory reset after uploading to that beta firmware?
  5. That one you've clicked on is one in the UK, it's just slightly off and closer to the map on France but doesn't affect anything. The servers change often so we then have to update the feature with those new servers, I've already let the team know so should be resolved soon.
  6. I'll have to find out when abouts the dev will be available and then see if you can post then when connected to your broadband so he can try and access straight away as I think part of the problem is trying to connect too late
  7. I'm sure we can get down to why that is, those results should certainly still be achieved with the XR routers
  8. @chatmandu I see you haven't made a topic, if you do so we can help with whatever problem/issue you're facing
  9. You should be able to get that minimal level of bufferbloat if you really dial in your settings. Don't use Benchmark for that as we're still improving it. If you saturate your connection with downloads etc and experiment with percentages to see what lowers it the most you should be able to get it http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping
  10. The Geo-Filter just shows what connections are being made to you so it won't be anything on the router side, I'd be surprised if it was causing that but you could try with spectating mode and see if it appears
  11. Oh sorry I thought you were referring to the R2 for some reason. .120 is what I would recommend for the XR beta
  12. You can find all the versions here: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000091217-latest-firmwares
  13. Well there are only two others you could try, .123 and .179 - I suppose if you do want to try others then in theory the first is a good one to go for as it would have had more testing as it is a launch version. Would always suggest being on the latest though
  14. Heatmap would be just something we need to update - the server would still be there
  15. No it doesn't unfortunately but I have already asked the team to update our OpenVPN version so hopefully they'll be able to do that sooner rather than later
  16. Let us know how you get on! I don't think you've done anything wrong!
  17. It won't be anything on our end, may just be less population size at that time and so less players across servers
  18. Could you contact Nord please and see whether they can either amend the file or provide a file that will work with OpenVPN version 2.3.4 please?
  19. Do they give you any more files than that or have a section for legacy OpenVPN?
  20. Could you provide the config file you're using please?
  21. Haven't heard anything but they are actively looking into it, hopefully with the next version it will be improved but don't have an ETA on that.
  22. Re-sync the Heatmap cloud and then it should appear for you
  23. For some reason we're still unable to access you. What is the modem/router the R1 is connected to? Does it have a firewall you can disable?
  24. How often are you experiencing these disconnects? What is the model of the modem the R2 is connected to?
  25. The dev has asked to double check remote support is ticked and the R1 is in the DMZ of your modem if applicable and no port forwarding rules on the R1 itself. Let us know and then we should be able to access.
