Do see if the ethernet device works that would be good to know. What is the model of your ISP modem/router? When you get that router page connect to the interface using the IP instead, does that allow access? Also can you provide a screenshot of your WiFi settings please?
-
Hey, welcome to the forum! Ideally you shouldn't reboot by suddenly cutting the power but make your settings and reboot the router from the interface. This will act as a hard save and the next time you pull the power or lose power then your settings should be saved. Regards to disconnections is it wireless devices only or do wired devices experience it as well. When it happens do you still have access to the interface? If so does System Information show you a WAN IP?

Great to hear that! That's very much an aesthetic issue so we will sort that, just focusing on getting all the servers appearing in the correct locations at the moment
-
They're being tested/used at the moment. We did a location update very recently, resync the cloud and see if they appear in the correct location
-
Yes it is, we're creating backend tools to make it more accurate and update quicker. They won't be peers, they will be servers misclassified as peers, it will not affect your connection, it is purely aesthetic
-
I doubt that's the case, they wouldn't go from servers to P2P when the difference in connection quality could be substantial. I suspect they're just appearing as misclassifed on the Geo-Filter Map
-
Yes they will be, we're working on backend tools at the moment to help us make it more accurate and more quickly so I suspect it won't be as much of a problem in the future. Possible that UK one could also be one of the servers that failed to ping

DumaOS Mobile App Alpha - Now Available!
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in DumaOS Mobile App
Unfortunately we have had an issue with Google causing our app to be temporarily removed from the play store. We are doing everything we can to get it back up asap and we will let you know when it's back up. The issue was caused by a policy violation in a closed track release. We assumed it would only effect the closed track release, not the public release. Sorry for any issues caused. -
Not in the same way as PC no, glad it still works though, sorry should have specified in your previous post.

DumaOS Classified Games uses DPI for PC games, not possible to do that for consoles so uses ports for consoles.

Netduma not showing up in my wifi options

You can try unplugging the router from power for 10 minutes, then plug in and wait 2 minutes and see if it appears for you to connect to -
Netduma not showing up in my wifi options

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Access the interface via a wired device, disable the WiFi, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes, then access, enable, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and then see if you're able to access. -
It's in reference to Traffic Prio rules - Traffic Prio rules and port forwarding rules are completely different so if you have port forwarding in place and that is working to keep your NAT open then you can leave them alone
-
Okay try and get it on a better service if possible where it's less likely to overheat and has better airflow. If possible position it where a fan can blow air that way
-
Yes absolutely, we're working on it currently!
-
When you get an issue again can you check if the router is really hot on the underside please?
-
I've asked the dev if they can have a look hopefully they'll be able to have a look today.
-
It is odd they chose to use that server for chat but the ping to it probably wouldn't affect the chat quality too much. You're also not filtering in this screenshot so that could be why as well. CoD servers don't respond to ping normally but we're usually able to get around that, on some occasions it doesn't work but it should work the next time you try it
-
There doesn't appear to be anything relating to the disconnect there, did you take it at the time?
-
The Geo-Filter will show active connections regardless, the cloud database just determines whether those connections are: Located correctly Whitelisted Classed as Peer or Dedicated So even if it was hugely outdated you can definitely still use Ping Assist to get the lowest ping servers.
-
You need to put Filtering Mode when you're off the game or wait 2 minutes after enabling as the connection as already been made which is why it's still allowed - do that and then it will be blocked. Whats the ID of that server on bottom of the UK? I think that dedicated server is either the UK or France though
-
You can sit in the lobby for 2 minutes, that should work but if not then close the game so you're on the console dashboard and wait 2 minutes, no need to turn off the console entirely
-
Of course you would need to do that, if you then deny it, quit to the menu or better yet quit the game entirely back to desktop/dashboard, wait 2 minutes and then it should be blocked by the time you play next. Also there are multiple servers in one location usually so it also may appear you're connecting to the same server when actually it is just another in that location
