  3. Okay thanks for the info, I've asked a dev for assistance on this one and will get back to you when we have more info. Do keep in mind the R1 is 7 years old at this point, I think you'd be hard pressed to find many companies supporting a product that old but yes we are working on an update and will provide it as soon as we can.

  7. Hey, welcome to the forum! We will start to ship recent orders (since the beginning of March) next week so it won't be too long until yours is dispatched.
  8. Apologies for that, some were sent in an error, we've rectified it and it won't happen again. The majority of the pre-orders have been fulfilled, any not sent today will be sent on Monday.
  9. They often change around now between the EU and US - it won't make a difference to your game experience though, it's just used for authentication and not as a game server. Also I've determined through supporting others that Spain/Italian servers are not always available to play on - if you want to play on them then trying during peak times would be your best bet.
  10. The form has a entry for Ping Heatmap IPs so input it there instead of the Geo-Filter

  15. No need to apologize! We're shipping the rest of our pre-orders at the moment and then we can ship the newer orders. I would estimate we would ship it next week if all goes to plan.
  16. I'd recommend you just select the Games Console service for the moment and see how that works for you. If you want to try that later you can, source ports will be 1-65535 and destination will be the ones listed online as the ports the game needs.
