  1. The getting kicked from a game, there will almost certainly be something that is blocked causing it, so if you weren't zoomed out on the Geo-Filter Map zoom out and hopefully you should see it

  4. No there isn't, that doesn't require a firmware update, just a cloud update. Do you see anything blocked on the map when you get kicked?

  6. The R2 has HybridVPN implemented as well. The R2 runs DumaOS, I would not advise you put another operating system as you won't be able to get back to DumaOS and it will void your warranty

  9. Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, I haven't seen this before. What were the port forwarding rules you added and how did you add them exactly? Can you try accessing the browser in an incognito window please and see if they appear then?
  10. To answer your questions: Use Ping Heatmap to find out where the servers are then use that to inform your Geo-Filter settings to force those servers. Click the ? icon at the top of the Geo-Filter page and choose the Rapp specific tour. If it uses OpenVPN then yes you can use it with the HybridVPN feature on the router and apply it to the TV
  11. Hello, welcome to the forum! Ping Heatmap just pings the servers for the specified game - select the game, select ping and it will show them on the map. You will need to use a VPN to change your IP address to a German one if you want to do that.

  13. It could just be as simple as the timing of when you're trying to play, I suspect if you played the same time tonight you would be able to get games as its the weekend

We have to verify there is a fault before we can authorize a replacement so we'll have to go through steps you may have already tried first. If you could make a new topic that would be best so we can focus on your issue. If you could let us know the modem/router model the R2 is connected to in that post that would be a good starting point.

  20. One of the ports there are limited to 100Mbits, try with a different ethernet cable and see if you get better speeds
  21. The Connection Benchmark speeds we're still improving on so you can ignore that for the moment. Speedtest.net is odd though, can you take a screenshot of the Device Manager table view please and post here? How did you disable QoS exactly?

  24. They'll connect remotely using your IP address, although that seems to have changed to IPv6 which we can't use, if you could disable that and post back here I'll give them the new IP
